PRINTING INKS AND COATINGS COMPOSITIONS FOR POLYETHYLENE COATED BOARD
The present invention provides a printing ink or coating composition comprising a self-crosslinking acrylic polymer, a coalescent and a silicone emulsion wherein the self-crosslinking acrylic polymer has a glass transition temperature of greater than 25° C. Furthermore the present invention also provides a process for preparing a coated substrate, in particular a polyboard substrate and an article made from the coated substrate, such as a milk or juice carton.
PRINTING INKS AND COATINGS COMPOSITIONS FOR POLYETHYLENE COATED BOARD
The present invention provides a printing ink or coating composition comprising a self-crosslinking acrylic polymer, a coalescent and a silicone emulsion wherein the self-crosslinking acrylic polymer has a glass transition temperature of greater than 25° C. Furthermore the present invention also provides a process for preparing a coated substrate, in particular a polyboard substrate and an article made from the coated substrate, such as a milk or juice carton.
SOLAR CELL
An object of the present invention is to provide a solar cell that is excellent in photoelectric conversion efficiency, suffers little degradation during encapsulation (initial degradation), has high-temperature durability, and is excellent in temperature cycle resistance. The present invention provides a solar cell including: a laminate having an electrode, a counter electrode, and a photoelectric conversion layer disposed between the electrode and the counter electrode; and an encapsulation material covering the counter electrode to encapsulate the laminate, the photoelectric conversion layer including an organic-inorganic perovskite compound represented by the formula: R-M-X.sub.3, R representing an organic molecule, M representing a metal atom, X representing a halogen atom or a chalcogen atom, the encapsulation material including a (meth)acrylic resin having a C atom/O atom ratio of 4 or more in the molecule.
LIGHT DIFFUSER AND LUMINAIRE
A light diffuser includes: a thermoplastic resin base which has a thermal expansion coefficient of at least 4×10.sup.−5/K and at most 8×10.sup.−5/K; and a light diffusion layer which is disposed on a surface of the thermoplastic resin base and includes an acrylic resin film and an acrylic resin particle, the acrylic resin film including one or more acrylic resins having a glass transition temperature of at least 30° C. and at most 50° C., the acrylic resin particle being included in the acrylic resin film and having an average particle size of at least 1 μm and at most 15 μm.
LIGHT DIFFUSER AND LUMINAIRE
A light diffuser includes: a thermoplastic resin base which has a thermal expansion coefficient of at least 4×10.sup.−5/K and at most 8×10.sup.−5/K; and a light diffusion layer which is disposed on a surface of the thermoplastic resin base and includes an acrylic resin film and an acrylic resin particle, the acrylic resin film including one or more acrylic resins having a glass transition temperature of at least 30° C. and at most 50° C., the acrylic resin particle being included in the acrylic resin film and having an average particle size of at least 1 μm and at most 15 μm.
AQUEOUS POLYMER-SILICON OIL HYBRID COMPOSITION
The present invention relates to aqueous polymer-silicon oil hybrid compositions in the form of aqueous dispersions of finely divided polymer-silicon oil hybrid particles which comprise at least one water-insoluble polymer P made of ethylenically unsaturated monomers M, at least one surface-active substance and at least non-polymerizable, non-polar silicon oil. The present invention relates in particular to the use of these compositions as additives in aqueous coating and printing ink compositions.
AQUEOUS POLYMER-SILICON OIL HYBRID COMPOSITION
The present invention relates to aqueous polymer-silicon oil hybrid compositions in the form of aqueous dispersions of finely divided polymer-silicon oil hybrid particles which comprise at least one water-insoluble polymer P made of ethylenically unsaturated monomers M, at least one surface-active substance and at least non-polymerizable, non-polar silicon oil. The present invention relates in particular to the use of these compositions as additives in aqueous coating and printing ink compositions.
WATER DILUTABLE POLYVINYL FLUORIDE PAINT AND COATING AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME
A method of manufacturing a coating is provided, which includes applying a primer paint on a substrate, wherein the primer paint includes 100 parts by weight of a first PVF, 30-70 parts by weight of an assistance resin, 5-30 parts by weight of a curing agent, 100-120 parts by weight of a first latent solvent, 3-methoxy-3-methyl-1-butanol, and water. The first latent solvent, 3-methoxy-3-methyl-1-butanol, and water have a weight ratio of 60:10-20:40-60. The method also applies a finish paint on the primer paint, wherein the finish paint includes 100 parts by weight of a second PVF, 100-120 parts by weight of a second latent solvent, 3-methoxy-3-methyl-1-butanol, and water, wherein the second latent solvent, 3-methoxy-3-methyl-1-butanol, and water have a weight ratio of 50:10-20:30-60. The primer paint and the finish paint are baked and dried to form a coating.
