SULFUR EXTENDED ASPHALT MODIFIED WITH CRUMB RUBBER FOR PAVING AND ROOFING

The present invention relates to asphalt compositions. The present invention provides for a sulfur rubber asphalt binder composition that includes a base asphalt having a softening point, elemental sulfur, and a recycled crumb rubber material. The crumb rubber material is combined with the base asphalt and the elemental sulfur to create the sulfur rubber asphalt binder composition. The crumb rubber material is present in the sulfur rubber asphalt binder in an amount effective to increase the softening point as compared to the softening point of the base asphalt.

SULFUR EXTENDED ASPHALT MODIFIED WITH CRUMB RUBBER FOR PAVING AND ROOFING

The present invention relates to asphalt compositions. The present invention provides for a sulfur rubber asphalt binder composition that includes a base asphalt having a softening point, elemental sulfur, and a recycled crumb rubber material. The crumb rubber material is combined with the base asphalt and the elemental sulfur to create the sulfur rubber asphalt binder composition. The crumb rubber material is present in the sulfur rubber asphalt binder in an amount effective to increase the softening point as compared to the softening point of the base asphalt.

CONDUCTIVE POLYMER COMPOSITION, COATED PRODUCT, AND PATTERNING PROCESS

A conductive polymer composition containing: (A) a polyaniline-based conductive polymer having a repeating unit represented by following general formula (1); and (B) polymer having structure represented by following general formula (2). In formulae, each of R.sup.1 to R.sup.4 represents hydrogen atom, acidic group, hydroxy group, alkoxy group, carboxy group, nitro group, halogen atom, or hydrocarbon group, R.sup.5 and R.sup.6 each independently represent a hydrogen atom, linear, branched, or cyclic alkyl group having 1-10 carbon atoms or a hydrocarbon group containing a hetero atom, X.sup.a- represents anion, and “a” represents valence. An object of the invention provides a conductive polymer composition which has good filterability and film-formability of flat film on electron beam resist and can be used suitably for antistatic film for electron beam resist writing showing excellent antistatic property in electron beam writing process, and, reducing effect of acid diffused from film to minimum, and also having excellent peelability.

A conductive polymer composition containing: (A) a polyaniline-based conductive polymer having a repeating unit represented by following general formula (1); and (B) polymer having structure represented by following general formula (2). Thermosetting resin composition, prepreg, laminate, and printed circuit board

A thermosetting resin composition, a prepreg, a laminate, and a printed circuit board are provided. The thermosetting resin composition has a thermosetting polyphenylene ether resin, an unsaturated polyolefin resin, a curing agent, and hollow borosilicate microspheres with surfaces treated with a bromine-containing silane coupling agent. The laminate produced from the thermosetting resin composition satisfies the requirements for overall properties such as low dielectric constant, low dielectric loss, low water absorption rate, high peeling strength, and the like for a high-frequency electronic circuit substrate.

A rubber compound comprising a polymer base with a cross-linkable unsaturated chain, a filler, and a vulcanization system. The vulcanization system comprises at least sulphur, one or more vulcanization accelerators, and one or more vulcanization activators. The vulcanization system comprises a vulcanization activator consisting of Zn.sub.2SiO.sub.4.

RUBBER COMPOUND TO PRODUCE TYRES

A rubber compound comprising a polymer base with a cross-linkable unsaturated chain, a filler, and a vulcanization system. The vulcanization system comprises at least sulphur, one or more vulcanization accelerators, and one or more vulcanization activators. The vulcanization system comprises a vulcanization activator consisting of Zn.sub.2SiO.sub.4.
