Aspects herein are directed to a support garment having a single strap adjustment mechanism. A first end of the strap is adjustably secured to an upper margin of a first breast contacting surface, and a second end of the strap is adjustably secured to an upper margin of a second breast contacting surface. An intervening portion of the strap is configured such that as the strap extends from its first end, it crosses diagonally downward to a first aperture located on a wing portion of the support garment through which it passes. It then crosses horizontally to pass through a second aperture located on another wing portion of the support garment. It then crosses diagonally upward where it terminates at its second end.

A brassiere to assist in pumping breast milk includes an inner layer and an outer layer. The inner layer defines an opening at a central portion and defines an inner edge around the opening. The outer layer covers the opening in a non-stretched state, and defines two lateral edges on opposite sides. Each outer layer defines a nook. The brassiere is configured to receive a funnel within the nook and the opening in a stretched state to allow the funnel to be inserted under the inner layer and within the nook and the opening, such that the funnel is supported against a nipple by the lateral edge and the inner edge for hands free pumping.

The pin assembly attachment member comprises a solid body comprising of at least one aperture for receiving a formed adjustment loop of straps or apparel, and/or an attachment hook, and comprises of an attachment pin having a distal end for puncturing the fabric of apparel for removably engaging with apparel or combination of a garment and/or a bra or other lingerie. The attachment members can be removably secured to an interior portion adjacent to an upper edge of garment using either the attachment hook or the attachment pin. The attachment hook would be inserted through a loop affixed to the garment. The attachment pin would be inserted through an interior lining of the garment. The attachment members can be attached to two garments using the combination of the attachment hook and the attachment pin.
