SILICONE COMPOSITE MATERIAL AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF
The present invention provides a silicone composite material having a cured conductive rubber composition containing liquid silicone and carbon nanotubes, wherein the initial viscosity of the liquid silicone and the volume resistance of the silicone composite material satisfy a specific relationship, and when the silicone composite material is provided through the relationship equation, the reproducibility of the volume resistance value is excellent. A silicone composite material manufactured to satisfy the relationship equation is characterized in that the resistance deviation in the composite is small and the appearance properties thereof are excellent.
THERMALLY CONDUCTIVE, ELECTRICALLY INSULATING COATING FOR WIRES
A coating composition comprises: exfoliated boron nitride nano sheets (BNNS); and a thermoplastic polymer matrix, wherein the coating composition: (i) has a thermal conductivity greater than or equal to 1.0 W/mK; (ii) has an electric breakdown voltage higher than or equal to 20 kV/mm; and (iii) is pliable. The coating composition can also include the exfoliated BNNS bound to the surfaces of a plurality of co-particles that aligns a plane of the BNNS not parallel to a longitudinal axis of an electromagnetic wire. The non-parallel alignment increases thermal conductivity through the coating. The polymer matrix can be a polyester imide, a polyamide-imide, polysulfones, a polyimide, a polyether ketone, or combinations thereof. Methods of forming the coating include forming the exfoliated BNNS; combining a first monomer and a second monomer to form the thermoplastic polymer matrix; and causing or allowing the exfoliated BNNS to be dispersed throughout the thermoplastic polymer matrix.

Embodiments provide a helical layer structure including: a helical core member which is formed of a flexible, lengthy, flat plate-like core member and which is formed of a steel plate made of a metal material, such as iron; and a polymeric coating layer which is formed of a polymeric material such as a thermosetting elastic material or a thermoplastic elastic material, and which coats the helical core member. The manufacturing method of the helical layer structure includes: a feeding step of feeding a core member having flexibility; a supply step of supplying the polymeric material having fluidity; a coating step of coating the core member with the polymeric material; a cooling step of cooling a coated intermediate which is coated with the polymeric material; and a helix formation step of helically twisting the coated intermediate to form the helical layer structure.

WATER-SOLUBLE COMPOSITION AND CURED PRODUCT THEREOF
Provided are: a water-soluble composition which has excellent coatability and exhibits low liquid-crystal contamination and whose cured product has high durability; and a cured product composed of the same. The water-soluble composition contains: an acetoacetate group-containing polyvinyl alcohol (A); and at least one crosslinking agent (B) selected from the group consisting of a zirconium compound (B1) and a titanium compound (B2). The water-soluble composition preferably further contains an organic acid (C), and the polyvinyl alcohol may be a homopolymer or a copolymer, which contains vinyl alcohol as an essential monomer.
A METHOD FOR PREPARING MASTERBATCH AND FIBER WITH COMPOSITE ANTIBACTERIAL AND DEODORIZING FUNCTIONS
The present invention provides a method for preparing a masterbatch and fibers with composite antibacterial and deodorizing functions including surface modifying a copper powder; functionalizing resin powder; and preparing the composite antibacterial and deodorizing masterbatch. The present invention provides a new antibacterial compounding mechanism to prepare new antibacterial and deodorizing masterbatch and fibers which have permanent antibacterial function, and the mechanical properties thereof can reach the standard of general fibers; fully meets the requirements of various weaving; the cost thereof is comparable to that on antibacterial post-treatment; and the pollution is reduced. The present invention can increase the export volume and additional value of the textiles.
THERMOSETTING RESIN COMPOSITION
A thermosetting resin composition, wherein a cured product of the thermosetting resin composition that has been cured at 130 C. for 15 minutes has a moisture absorptivity of 2.5% or less after 168 hours at 85 C. and 85% RH, and a ratio of the light transmittance with a wavelength of 700 nm/the light transmittance with a wavelength of 400 nm of 2 or less.
Golf ball paint composition
A golf ball paint composition includes primarily a urethane paint containing polyol as a base resin and polyisocyanate as a curing agent. Two types of polyester polyol are used as the polyol, and the composition has an elastic work recovery of at least 70%. The paint composition has a high self-repairing ability and is of high quality as a golf ball paint. Golf balls coated with this composition are able to maintain a good durability, in addition to which they have an excellent abrasion resistance and an excellent ball appearance.
REACTIVE FLAME-PROOF COMPOSITION
The present disclosure relates to a reactive flame-proof composition for vinyl polymers, consisting at least of a first monomer and a second monomer that can be polymerised using the first monomer, wherein the first monomer has at least one aliphatic double bond and can be polymerised using the second monomer to form a reactive flame-proof polymer having an aliphatic double bond. The disclosure also relates to: a reactive flame-proof polymer produced by polymerisation of the reactive flame-proof composition; a use of the flame-proof composition and the flame-proof polymer; a flame-resistant vinyl polymer comprising the reactive flame-proof polymer; and methods for the production thereof. The subjects according to the disclosure can in particular advantageously reduce dripping of vinyl polymers during fires and can thus improve the flame-proof nature of such polymers.

Described herein are self-healing polymers comprising a base polymer and at least one healing agent disposed in the base polymer under pressure.
