A weight ratio of the cross-linking agent to the matrix polymer is 1-5:100. A weight ratio of the foaming agent to the matrix polymer is 1-5:100. A cross-linking foaming temperature of the thermoplastic material is equal to or higher than the melting point of the matrix polymer.
Slip coating composition for glass run of vehicle
The present disclosure relates to a slip coating composition for glass run of a vehicle. More specifically, the present disclosure relates to a slip coating composition including: an olefin-based thermoplastic elastomer, polypropylene, and an ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) with a weight average molecular weight of 0.4×10.sup.6 to 1×10.sup.6 g/mol, and to a slip coating material formed of the composition, and according to the present disclosure, it is possible to improve a low friction coefficient, wear resistance, and color matching properties of the coating material.
Photo-crosslinked rubber composition, and rubber product using the same
The present invention discloses a photo-crosslinked rubber composition and application thereof. The rubber composition comprises a rubber matrix and an initiator. Based on 100 parts by weight of the rubber matrix, the rubber matrix comprises a branched polyethylene with a content represented as A, in which 0<A≤100, and an ethylene-propylene rubber with a content represented as B, in which 0≤B<100; and the initiator accounts for 0.1-10 parts, and the initiator includes at least one of a cationic photoinitiator and a free radical photoinitiator. In the rubber composition, the ethylene-propylene rubber is partially or completely replaced by the branched polyethylene. The rubber composition can be used for rubber product crosslinked by ultraviolet light, including wire, cable, film, glove, condom, and medical catheter, which achieves excellent elasticity, electrical insulation property, aging resistance and ozone resistance, and also has good mechanical strength.
Crosslinkable rubber composition and crosslinked rubber
A crosslinkable rubber composition includes a carboxyl group-containing nitrile rubber (A); a carboxyl group-containing acrylic rubber (B); and a polyamine-based crosslinking agent (C), where a ratio of a weight of the carboxyl group-containing nitrile rubber (A) to a weight of the carboxyl group-containing acrylic rubber (B) is from 5:95 to 95:5. The carboxyl group-containing nitrile rubber (A) includes 5 to 60% by weight of α,β-ethylenically unsaturated nitrile monomer units, and α,β-ethylenically unsaturated monocarboxylic acid ester monomer units. The carboxyl group-containing nitrile rubber (A) has an iodine value of 120 or less.
