Apparatus for generating 3D volume mask model and method therefor
An apparatus for generating 3-dimensional (3D) volume mask model and a method therefor. The apparatus includes a 2D mask data collector, a 3D mask model generator, and a 3D mask model adjuster, whereby 2D mask data is generated from a 2D mask image designed by a user, a 2D mask mesh is created based on inner and outer contour feature points, a 2D mask is transformed into a 3D model according to the user's settings, and the generated 3D mask model is modified to fit on a facial shape of a person who will wear the mask, and a 3D mask volume model is generated, which is immediately printed by a 3D printer to produce a 3D mask.

Headwear having a band portion for securing the headwear to a user's head, the band portion having a front section and a rear section, a base attached to and extending away from the front section of the band portion, and a brim movably coupled to the base, the brim moveable from a first position in which the brim functions as a sun shade, to a second position in which the brim is a face mask and/or glasses.

Mask kit
A kit that contains a substantially blank mask, a mannequin head-form in the shape of a human head, at least one marker for applying a removable ink indicia to such blank mask, and preferably a set of instructions and forms to enhance the use of the mask. The blank mask is a continuous, stretchable and elastically resilient washable see-through mesh fabric that conforms to the head when worn by the user. The mask is placed over the head-form, a character drawn on the mask, and after use the mask can be washed and reused.
Mask kit
