SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR MODELLING A CLOTH ARTICLE
A system, apparatus and method of modelling a cloth article, comprising providing a 3D surface, the 3D surface is formed from a plurality of first points: providing a virtual textile comprising properties of a piece of cloth: generating a flat pattern representing 2D shapes that form the 3D surface and generating a cloth model to be simulated based on user interactions between the 3D surface, the virtual textile, and the flat pattern; updating the 3D surface based on the user interactions: and simulating the cloth model.
Online ordering and manufacturing of apparel using laser-finished fabric rolls
An on-demand manufacturing of apparel system includes online customization and ordering of garments, previewing of the garments, manufacturing including laser finishing of garments, and delivery to the customer. Laser finishing of apparel products reduces finishing cost, lowers carrying costs, increases productivity, shortens time to market, be more reactive to trends, reduces product constraints, reduces lost sales and dilution, and more. Fabric templates can be used to produce a multitude of laser finishes. Operational efficiency is improved.
Laser finishing design tool with shadow neutral 3-D garment rendering
A tool allows a user to create new designs for apparel and preview these designs in three dimensions before manufacture. Software and lasers are used in finishing apparel to produce a desired wear pattern or other design. Based on a laser input file with a pattern, a laser will burn the pattern onto apparel. With the tool, the user will be able to create, make changes, and view images of a design, in real time, before burning by a laser. Input to the tool includes fabric template images, laser input files, and damage input. The tool allows adding of tinting and adjusting of intensity and bright point. The user can also move, rotate, scale, and warp the image input.
Apparel design system with digital preview and guided asset placement
A system allows a user to create new designs for apparel and preview these designs before manufacture. Software and lasers are used in finishing apparel to produce a desired wear pattern or other design. As the user designs apparel, the system provides feedback as to what designs can be used, such as avoiding technical constraints with their designs.
Patch library system for stitching along a predetermined path
Disclosed are various systems and features for use with a machine, such as a sewing machine, to facilitate patch library systems that may enable the storage and retrieval of patch configuration information. Such systems and features may be useful in the context of performing an action along a self-guided path on a substrate.
Methods and systems of fitting, evaluating, and improving therapeutic compression garments
The present invention relates to methods of fitting for pre-fabricated compression garments via digital imaging of a wearer body part and measurement of body part circumferences and, optionally, lengths therefrom. The present invention also relates to methods of generating a shape description derived from digital imaging of a patient body part or body area of interest and use of such shape description. Such shape description includes geometric information from which measurement information can optionally be derived. Included herein are methods for diagnosing and monitoring edema and other conditions in patients using shape descriptions acquired from a patient in need of such diagnosis and monitoring. The invention also includes use of the generated shape descriptions to make compression garments specifically configured for a patient's body part or body area. Compression garments generated from the generated shape descriptions are also included herein.
MASK AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING SAME
Provided are: a mask which can be manufactured with less waste of material and at a high speed; and a method for manufacturing same. A mask body has first and second peripheral edges extending in a first direction and third and fourth peripheral edges extending in a second direction intersecting with the first direction. A pair of ear hooking parts has (i) a pair of extension parts extending along the first and second peripheral edges of the mask body, with one end of each extension part bonded to a side edge part of the mask body; and (ii) a connecting part distinct from the pair of extension parts, the connecting part being bonded to the corresponding other ends of the pair of extension parts and extending in the second direction.

Virtual Store with VR Previews of Garments
A system allows a user to create new designs for apparel and preview these designs before manufacture. Software and lasers are used in finishing apparel to produce a desired wear pattern or other design. The system provides feedback to the user on how their designs may appear in a virtual store or storefront, such as through virtual reality or augment reality techniques.
