The adhesive composition includes: a cyclic organosilazane compound of the following general formula (1):
##STR00001##
wherein R.sup.1s each independently represent a substituted or unsubstituted monovalent hydrocarbon group having 1 to 10 carbon atoms, and p represents an integer of 3 to 8; and a hydrolyzable group-containing organosilicon compound containing an alkoxysilane
compound of the following general formula (2) and/or a partial hydrolytic condensate thereof:
R.sup.2.sub.x—Si(OR.sup.3).sub.4-x (2)
wherein R.sup.2 represents an unsubstituted monovalent hydrocarbon group having 1 to 10 carbon atoms and optionally having an oxygen atom, R.sup.3 represents an unsubstituted monovalent hydrocarbon group having 1 to 10 carbon atoms, and x represents an integer of 0 to 2.
Transport stabilization of portable items
A unique transport stabilizing combination for stabilizing items during conditions of movement comprises a viscoelastomeric thermoset overlay disposed upon a vehicular support member. The viscoelastomeric thermoset overlay component of the transport stabilizing combination is desirably viscoelastomeric, adhesive, cohesive, releasable, antipathogenic, cleansable and/or reusable. The vehicular support member is desirably an extension of a vehicle, and the transport stabilizing combination can stabilize a portable item against movement and damage during conditions of movement, such as rocking or during transport.
AMORPHOUS POLY-ALPHA-OLEFINS AND USE THEREOF IN HOT-MELT COMPOSITIONS HAVING IMPROVED SPRAYABILITY
The invention relates to amorphous poly-alpha-olefins, which are characterized in that said amorphous poly-alpha-olefins have a viscosity at 190° C. of less than 5000 mPas, a molar mass distribution (Mw/Mn) of 3 to 8, a quotient Mz/Mw of less than or equal to 3.0 and a quotient Mz/Mn of less than 21.0. The invention further relates to a method for producing degraded amorphous poly-alpha-olefins, in particular the amorphous poly-alpha-olefins according to the invention, and to the use of the amorphous polyalpha-olefins according to the invention or produced according to the invention in hot-melt adhesive compositions.

Stabilized cosmetic tray display
Stabilizing cosmetic trays adapted to restrain cosmetic items in a steadfast emplaced position are provided by equipping the cosmetic tray beds with a cohesive and adhesive thermoset overlay typically provided by overlaying a bed of the cosmetic tray therewith. The overlay adhesively restrains emplaced cosmetic items until physically removed by force from the overlay by the cosmetic user.
