This invention provides a PSA sheet that comprises a PSA layer (A) constituting an adhesive face and a viscoelastic layer (B) supporting the PSA layer (A). In the PSA sheet, the viscoelastic layer (B) comprises hollow particles or have bubbles. The PSA layer (A) comprises an acrylic polymer (a) as the base polymer. The copolymerization ratio of an acidic group-containing monomer in the acrylic polymer (a) is 5% by weight or lower.

The invention provides a frameless photo-energy assembly including a photo-energy converter, wherein an edge of the photo-energy converter is sealed by an adhesive tape, comprising an adhering layer for adhesion and cushioning; and an aging-resistant protective layer. The adhering layer is used to contact the edge of an article and comprises: a substrate layer; optionally, a first adhesive layer and a second adhesive layer situated at both sides of the substrate layer oppositely, wherein the first adhesive layer being used to be contact with the article. The aging-resistant protective layer is situated on the adhering layer, which comprises: an optional primer layer, which is situated on the adhering layer; and a film layer, which is situated on either the primer layer or the substrate or the second adhesive layer. The invention further provides an adhesive tape for sealing an edge of an article and an article made of the assembly.

The acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive layer includes an acrylic polymer and a multifunctional acrylic oligomer. The acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive layer, after curing, has a Young's modulus of 500 kPa to 10000 kPa at 23° C. The acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive layer, after curing, has an adhesive strength of 3.0 N/20 mm or more. The acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive layer before curing may have an adhesive strength of typically 3.0 N/20 mm or more. The acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive layer before curing may have a Young's modulus of typically 30 kPa to 200 kPa at 23° C.

A double-sided adhesive sheet has a laminate structure including a first adhesive layer containing an electrolyte, a second adhesive layer, and a conduction substrate. A double-sided adhesive sheet joined body includes, for example, an adhesive sheet having such a laminate structure, a first conductive adherend to which the first adhesive layer adheres, and a second adherend to which the second adhesive layer adheres. A method for joining/separating adherends includes joining first and second adherends to each other via the adhesive sheet, then applying a voltage to the first adhesive layer so as to generate a potential difference in a thickness direction of the first adhesive layer, and separating the first and second adherends from each other.

Provided is a PSA sheet highly durable against repeated deformation and suited for use in a flexible device as well. The PSA sheet provided by this invention comprises a PSA layer. The PSA sheet shows a recovery rate at 100% elongation of 70% or higher. The PSA layer shows a displacement of 0.5 mm or greater according to the following holding power test: <Holding Power Test> At 23° C., the PSA layer is applied over a 10 mm wide by 20 mm long bonding area to a Bakelite plate as an adherend; a 1 kg load is applied in the length direction; after one hour, the displacement from the initial position where first applied is determined.

Photocurable composition having adhesive properties

The present invention provides a curable composition containing an organic polymer having a crosslinkable silicon group, the composition having sufficient usable life and having adhesive properties with respect to an adherend (substrate) that are equivalent to those of the case where aminosilane is included. The composition comprises: (A) a crosslinkable silicon group-containing organic polymer; and (B) a crosslinkable silicon group-containing compound that forms, by means of light, at least one type of amino group selected from the group consisting of primary amino groups and secondary amino groups. The crosslinkable silicon group-containing organic polymer (A) is preferably at least one type selected from the group consisting of crosslinkable silicon group-containing polyoxyalkylene polymers and crosslinkable silicon group-containing (meth)acrylic-based polymers.
