ADHESIVE TAPE FOR BONDING TEXTILE MATERIALS
The present application is directed to an adhesive tape comprising: i) a first release liner; and, ii) a pressure sensitive adhesive layer disposed on said first release liner, wherein said pressure sensitive adhesive layer is obtained by curing an adhesive composition comprising: a) an acrylic base copolymer obtained from a monomer mixture comprising at least one C1-C12 alkyl ester of (meth)acrylic acid and at least one acid monomer selected from acrylic acid, methacrylic acid, maleic acid, fumaric acid and itaconic acid; b) a metal chelate cross-linking agent; c) at least one tackifying resin; d) an organic solvent; and, optionally e) additives. The adhesive tape optionally comprises iii) a second release liner which is disposed on that side of said pressure sensitive adhesive layer opposite to said first release liner.
SUCTION FIXING SHEET
The suction fixing sheet of the present disclosure is a suction fixing sheet to be placed on a suction surface of a suction device to prevent contact between a suction target and the suction surface. The suction fixing sheet includes a porous sheet having air permeability in its thickness direction; and a double-sided pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet provided with a substrate, having air permeability in its thickness direction, and disposed on one surface of the porous sheet, or a double-sided pressure-sensitive adhesive layer unprovided with a substrate, formed of a crosslinked pressure-sensitive adhesive, having air permeability in its thickness direction, and disposed on one surface of the porous sheet. The ratio of the thickness of the porous sheet to the thickness of the double-sided pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet or the double-sided pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is 8.0 or more.
Adhesive Composition
An adhesive composition includes a polyvinyl alcohol binder, a crosslinking agent and a compound of Formula 1 below,
HOSO.sub.2R[Formula 1] wherein in Formula 1, R is an alkyl group, a haloalkyl group or a haloalkylaryl group. The adhesive composition may have excellent water resistance, adhesive force and other optical properties as well as greatly improved storage stability.
Adhesive tape
The adhesive tape includes: a resin layer that is formed by applying resin coating, the resin coating containing a resin having an acid number of 50 mg/g or more and 130 mg/g or less, and at least one type of cross-linking agent selected from between an epoxy-based cross-linking agent and a metal chelate cross-linking agent; and an adhesive layer that is laminated on or above the resin layer, and is formed by applying adhesive coating, the adhesive coating containing a resin including a hydroxyl group, and a metal chelate compound.
WATER-ACTIVATED TAPES
A water-activated tape including: a laminate that includes a paper layer and a polymeric reinforcement film layer bonded to the paper layer; a primer coating disposed on the polymeric reinforcement film layer of the laminate; and a water-activatable adhesive layer disposed on the primer-coated surface of the polymeric reinforcement film.
URETHANE ADHESIVE COMPOSITION
The present invention is to provide a urethane adhesive composition which exhibits excellent heat-resistant adhesion after storage to resin. The present invention relates to a urethane adhesive composition including: a urethane prepolymer having an isocyanate group; an isocyanurate compound having an isocyanurate ring; a terpene compound having active hydrogen; and a vinyl silane coupling agent represented by Formula (A) below: (where in Formula (A), R.sup.1 and R.sup.3 each independently represent a monovalent hydrocarbon group, R.sup.2 represents a (n+1) valent hydrocarbon group, Vi represents CHCH.sub.2, m1 is from 1 to 3, m2 is from 1 to 3, m3 is from 0 to 2, m1+m2+m3 is 4, and n is 1 or greater).

Adhesive Composition, Adhesive and Adhesive Sheet
An adhesive composition, an adhesive, and an adhesive sheet capable of exhibiting good adhesion performance even on a low-polarity adherend are provided. The adhesive composition according to the present disclosure includes a (meth) acrylic polymer with a solubility parameter of 10.0 (cal/cm.sup.3).sup.0.5 or more according to the Fedors method and a modified polyolefin.

A heat-shrink sleeve is provided for covering a pipe joint formed between two pipes that are coupled to one another to form a tube. The heat-shrink sleeve includes a heat-shrinkable material that is configured to conform to the first and second pipes when heated to cover the pipe joint.
ADDITIVE FOR EPOXY ADHESIVE AND EPOXY ADHESIVE COMPOSITION FOR CONSTRUCTION INCLUDING SAME
In an additive for an epoxy adhesive and an epoxy adhesive composition for construction including same, the additive for an epoxy adhesive is formed by atomic transfer radical polymerization (ATRP) of a polyacrylate of which one terminal is halogenated, as an arm-polymer, and a diacrylate-based compound or a dimethacrylate-based compound, as a cross-linker, and comprises a star polymer of a star-shape having a core/shell structure including a core formed by the polymerization of the cross-linker and a shell formed by a portion of the arm-polymer.
Compound, adhesive article, and methods of making the same
A method of making an adhesive article comprises three steps. First, a backing is provided having first and second opposed major surfaces with respective first and second silicone release layers disposed thereon. The second silicone release layer further comprises a compound represented by the formula: R.sup.1 represents a divalent hydrocarbon radical having from 2 to 40 carbon atoms or covalent bond. R.sup.2 represents a monovalent or divalent poly(dimethylsiloxane) moiety. X represents NH or a covalent bond. R.sub.f represents a perfluorinated group having from 3 to 5 carbon atoms. y is 1 or 2. Second, an adhesive layer is disposed onto the first silicone release layer. Third, the adhesive layer is exposed to E-beam radiation within a process chamber containing oxygen to provide a crosslinked adhesive layer. An adhesive article made by the method and the compound are also disclosed. ##STR00001##
