According to the invention, the conformity and the adhesion with respect to an adherend, particularly, a hard adherend, are excellent, and excellent re-peeling properties are obtained, so that the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape can be stretched and peeled off in a horizontal direction, without necessity for embrittling the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape by heating or by using an organic solvent or the like or without remaining of the pressure-sensitive adhesive on the adherend, in a case of peeling the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape.

Insulation facing material made with the adhesive package has a flame spread value that does not exceed 25, and a smoke developed value that does not exceed 50, and meets the applicable standards for operating temperature, anti-corrosiveness, corrosion, puncture resistance, water vapor transmission, water vapor sorption, shrinkage, microbial growth resistance, and water immersion bond integrity. The facing stock may be used to face insulation products such as rolls, batts, boards or molds of fiberglass or mineral wool insulation.

The latter has a support and an adhesive coating on at least one side of the support. According to the invention, a synthetic-rubber-based coating is used as the adhesive coating.

High adhesion composite film and manufacturing method thereof

A high adhesion composite film includes a thermoplastic elastomer layer and a modified adhesive layer. The thermoplastic elastomer layer includes a first surface and a second surface, and the second surface is opposite to the first surface. The modified adhesive layer is disposed on the first surface of the thermoplastic elastomer layer. By this way, the adhesion strength of the composite film can be enhanced significantly. Furthermore, the present disclosure can manufacture the high adhesion composite film without the use of solvents, which meets the requirements of environmental protection.
