Reworkable Optical Clear Adhesive
A reworkable optically clear adhesive composition, a method for adjoining a light source to a light guide plate by applying a reworkable optically clear adhesive composition to the light guide plate, and a lighting device comprising a light source, a light guide plate and a reworkable optically clear adhesive film are described. The reworkable optically clear adhesive composition has a processing temperature of between about 50° C. and about 80° C. and comprises: from about 15 wt. % to about 40 wt. % hot melt adhesive; from about 20 wt. % to about 60 wt. % optical resin; and from about 10 wt. % to about 40 wt. % UV adhesive, wherein the weight percentage of each component is based on the total weight of the reworkable optically clear adhesive composition.

HIGH-FREQUENCY DIELECTRIC HEATING ADHESIVE SHEET
A high-frequency dielectric heating adhesive sheet includes an adhesive layer that at least contains a thermoplastic resin and a dielectric material that generates heat upon application of a high-frequency electric field. The adhesive layer contains silane-modified polyolefin as the thermoplastic resin, and a melt flow rate (MFR) at 190° C. of the thermoplastic resin is in a range from 2 g/10 min to 50 g/10 min.
IMPROVED HOT-MELT ADHESIVE FOR MANUFACTURING DISPOSABLE HYGIENE PRODUCTS
1) Hot melt adhesive composition comprising: a) from 5% to 50% of a thermoplastic polymer (A) selected from styrene block copolymers and polyolefins; b) from 15% to 60% of a tackifying resin (B); c) from 5% to 30% of a plasticizer (C); and d) from 0.1% to 10% of a salt (D) of a hydroxylated fatty acid comprising from 8 to 24 carbon atoms.

Cable-wrapping tape
The invention relates to a cable wrapping tape for wrapping cables in motor vehicles, comprising a tape-shaped carrier and an adhesive coating on at least one side of said carrier, and characterised in that the adhesive coating and/or carrier are provided with an incorporated repellent against, in particular, mammal bites.

HOT-MELT ADHESIVE RESIN FILM AND PRODUCTION METHOD THEREOF
The present invention relates to a hot-melt adhesive resin film having an excellent adhesive force and durability to various adherends such as metal, glass, and plastic, and a production method thereof. More particularly, the present invention relates to a hot-melt adhesive resin film including a first surface layer, a first intermediate layer, a substrate layer having heat resistance, a second intermediate layer, and a second surface layer, which are laminated in this order, in which the first intermediate layer and the second intermediate layer include a resin which is obtained by modifying a copolymer of propylene and 1-butene with maleic acid, and a production method thereof.
VERY HIGH SOLIDS, THERMOSET COMPOSITION WITH ONE-SIDE (WET SET) ADHESION TO UNPRIMED/UNMODIFIED TPO SURFACES
Adhesive compositions are described that are suitable for securing building materials, such as TPO membrane roofing to a structural element, such as a roof deck. The adhesive compositions are very high-solids, wet-set adhesives that provide a peel strength that meets or exceeds industry standards, while requiring application to only one of two surfaces to be joined. The adhesive compositions comprise a liquid modifier with hydroxyl functionality, a chlorinated polyolefin and a silylated polymer. Methods of use are also disclosed.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR SPRAYING HOT-MELT ADHESIVE ONTO GLUED SURFACES
A system (1, 101, 201) for spraying hot-melt adhesive onto glued surfaces comprising a melter (61) to heat hot-melt adhesive, an air compressor (60), a power and control system (63) and a gun (10). The gun (10) is connected to the melter (61) by a pipe (53) with screw connectors (54, 55), through which a hot-melt adhesive being heated flows, and the air compressor (60) by an air pipe (56) with screw connectors (57, 58) through which a pressurized compressed air flows. The gun (10) has a nozzle (20) with a hot-melt adhesive outlet or orifice (21) and a compressed air outlet (23). The pipe (53) through which flows the hot-melt adhesive having a viscosity between 2500 mPa.Math.s and 7000 mPa.Math.s and a temperature between 120° C. and 200° C., and a density between 0.8 kg/dcm.sup.3 and 1.4 kg/dcm.sup.3, and the air pipe (56) are fitted in an insulating layer of a hose (50), and wherein the throughput of the pipe (53) through which the hot-melt adhesive being heated flows is between 0.5 kg/h and 1.5 kg/h, while the air pipe (56) has a throughput between 0.1 m.sup.3/min and 0.6 m.sup.3/min.
Adhesive composition, sealing sheet, and sealed body
Disclosed is an adhesive composition having components (A), (B) and (C): Component (A): modified polyolefin-based resin, Component (B): polyfunctional epoxy compound, and Component (C): imidazole-based curing catalyst. Also provided is a sealing sheet composed of two release films and an adhesive layer sandwiched between the release films, wherein the adhesive layer is made by using the adhesive composition and has a thermosetting property. Also disclosed is a sealed body obtained by sealing a seal subject with the sealing sheet. The adhesive composition has excellent adhesion strength, a sealing sheet made by using the adhesive composition and having an adhesive layer is excellent in sealing performance, and a sealed body obtained by sealing a seal subject with the sealing sheet.
