METHOD OF PRODUCING JOINED BODY, COMPOSITION FOR TRANSIENT LIQUID PHASE SINTERING, SINTERED BODY, AND JOINED BODY
A method of producing a joined body includes: providing a composition for transient liquid phase sintering to at least one of a portion of a first member to which a second member is to be joined and a portion of the second member to which the first member is to be joined, so as to form a composition layer; bringing the portion of the first member to which the second member is to be joined and the portion of the second member to which the first member is to be joined into contact with each other via the composition layer; and sintering the composition layer by heating, and the composition for transient liquid phase sintering includes metal particles capable of transient liquid phase sintering and a thermoplastic resin.
Systems and Methods for Unifying Assemblies that Share Common Taggant Identifier Data
The present invention describes systems and methods for embedding authentication data into a quality control tamper evidence adhesive sealant material used to mark a system of parts and assemblies, creating a unified and traceable layer of security data to identify unauthorized modifications to manufactured systems.
Composite for the Production of Filmless Laminates
A composite for the production of filmless sailcloth laminates with an adhesive film and a textile layer including: a thermoplastic plastic film as adhesive film containing a thermally activatable crosslinking agent dispersed therein, as carrier, and a textile layer which is adhesively bonded to the thermoplastic plastic film; wherein the plastic film and the textile layer are adhesively bonded together by the effect of heat at a first temperature which does not activate the crosslinking agent, and the composite is bondable to a substrate by the effect of heat at a second temperature which is higher than the first temperature and causes crosslinking to take place.
ADHESIVE FILM THAT CAN BE WOUND AND STAMPED
The invention relates to an adhesive film that can be wound and stamped, having an epoxy-based adhesive compound that can be activated by UV radiation, characterized in that the adhesive compound comprises: a) 2-40 wt % of film former, b) 10-70 wt % of aromatic epoxy resins, c) cycloaliphatic epoxy resins, the cycloaliphatic epoxy resins not exceeding 35 wt %, d) 0.5-7 wt % of cationic initiators, e) 0-50 wt % of epoxy-enhanced polyether compounds, and f) 0-20 wt % of polyol, the proportions adding up to 100%, and the adhesive compound having an open time of 10 seconds to 60 minutes after the UV activation, during which open time the film has a pressure-sensitive adhesive characteristic.
ENVIRONMENT-FRIENDLY HOT-MELT COMPOSITION FOR VEHICLE INTERIOR MATERIAL
Disclosed is an environment-friendly hot-melt composition for a vehicle interior material, the hot-melt composition including: 65 wt % to 85 wt % of an aromatic polyamide; 10 wt % to 30 wt % of an aliphatic polyamide; 1 wt % to 5 wt % of an olefinic elastomer graft-polymerized with maleic anhydride; and 0.1 wt % to 2 wt % of an antioxidant.

Epoxy composition containing copolyamide and block copolymer with polyamide and polyether blocks
A composition that toughens and impact modifies epoxy resin based compositions comprising one or more co-polyamides and one or more block copolymers with polyamide and polyether blocks. The disclosure also relates to epoxy resin compositions containing the composition comprising one or more co-polyamides and one or more block copolymers with polyamide and polyether blocks and films, adhesives, foamable compositions and foamed compositions containing such a composition.
Composite hot-melt adhesive net film and manufacturing process thereof
A composite hot-melt adhesive mesh film and preparation process thereof, in particular, a composite hot-melt adhesive mesh film and preparation process thereof for bonding metal and non-polar material are disclosed. The mesh film is compounded of a polar polyamide hot-melt adhesive and a non-polar polyolefin hot-melt adhesive mesh film containing a compatibilizer. The mesh film has a high adhesive strength and a durable and stable adhesion, and is especially suitable for bonding stainless steel, aluminum, copper or other metal materials and polyethylene, polypropylene or other non-polar polymers. Additionally, the preparation process is completed in one set of production process from raw material pretreatment to the final preparation of the hot melt adhesive mesh film product, thereby greatly reducing production failures, and providing high production efficiency and low costs.
EXTRUDABLE ANTIFOG COPOLYESTER HEAT SEAL RESINS
A semicrystalline copolyester resin composition formed by twin screw extrusion of various ingredients includes copolyester resins, antiblock, slip and antifog additives. This semicrystalline copolyester resin can be extruded on to PET film or coextruded with PET resin to form clear PET films with antifog properties. These films with antifog properties are produced in a single step without the use of solvent and does not involve any secondary step for coating a separate antifog layer. This minimizes the cost and time required by a converter to make such clear antifog films. These films containing the heat seal copolyester resin can be heat sealed to clear APET trays. Contents within the trays, such as food, can be seen without fogging on the inside of the film that is used to seal the tray. The seals are strong and the peels are smooth giving a very good packaging performance.
