System and method for on site aerial dissemination and atmospheric disposal of all leachates and wastewaters
09890057 · 2018-02-13 ·

A method and system for on-site aerial dissemination of oxidatively converted particles with substantial atmospheric disposal of the water component of all regulated and defined leachates and regulated and defined wastewaters. These leachates and wastewaters (defined as water containing 2 or more detectable regulated, defined and known contaminants) may include collecting the leachate or wastewater, having multiple contaminating suspended and perhaps precipitated solids therein, and aerially disseminating and disposing of said leachate or wastewater on the site of its generation. The defined leachate or wastewater is directed to an Integrated Mobile Aerosolization System (IMAS) having a turbine and being fully integrated and mobile. Thereafter, the mixture is directed from the IMAS and the contaminants aerially disseminated and disposed of over a defined and designated area on the site where the defined leachate or wastewater is created.

Method for preventing soil erosion

Provided is a method for preventing soil erosion in which a nonionic guar and/or a cationic guar is applied on or into the soil. A method for preventing water runoff of a soil in which a nonionic guar and/or a cationic guar is applied on or into the soil is also provided. A treated soil against the soil erosion susceptible to be obtained by the method for preventing soil erosion in which a nonionic guar and/or a cationic guar is applied on or into the soil is also provided.

Reducing the environmental impact of farming using biochar

A method for using treated biochar to reduce the overall environmental impact of farming and minimize the carbon footprint of farms is provided. The method comprising engaging in one or more of the following practices: (1) combining treated biochar with feed or using biochar as feed for animals to reduce methane from enteric fermentation and increase animal health and nutrition; (2) combining treated biochar with compost, animal bedding or manure piles to reduce odor and increase nutrient retention; (3) applying treated biochar to lagoons to reduce odor and treat water; (4) applying treated biochar to pastures to increase pasture health; (5) applying treated biochar to crops to increase crop productivity, healthier roots and prevent fertilizer leaching; and (6) using the carbon negativity of a produced biochar to reduce the overall farm or ranch carbon footprint.

Methods and systems for manipulating varied biological recyclable streams to produce agricultural admixtures are herein described. The resulting agricultural admixtures can be used to enhance crop yield, or as an animal provender. Managing the sources of varied biological recyclable streams can afford agricultural admixtures with controlled properties.

Facility secondary NO3− salinized soil modifier, preparation method and modification method

A facility secondary NO.sub.3.sup. salinized soil modifier and a modification method are disclosed. The present invention involves the preparation processes of two biological soil modifiers A and B and application methods thereof, which are specifically described as follows: (1) soil modifier A: solid, obtained by microbial fermentation with straw powder and rice bran and the like as raw materials, C/N between 30-50, applied by uniformly mixing at 1-1.4 by mass with facility ploughing soil, co-culturing at 35-50 C. for 5-7 days, and then returning to fields; and (2) soil modifier B: liquid, subjected to salt tolerance acclimation to have effective microbial populations, and used in the crop growth period. Based on the microbial techniques, the present invention can improve soil structureness, enhance microbial activity and promote biological immobilization on inorganic nitrogen in soils, significantly increasing the facility cultivation crop yield, and improving the product quality.

Persistent, targeted, optimized, soil amendment composition and method

A material for optimizing and maintaining at least one of water, nutrients, biocides, and other protectant or growth supporting chemicals in natural soils by decreasing leaching, evaporation, and volatility through application of agglomerated granules (prills) formed of engineered hydrating particles, a binder, nutrients, and protectants to the soil. Typical application is by applying prills simultaneously with seeds when drilled, broadcast, or otherwise distributed.
