Method of Automatically Fabricating Pattern Composite Fabric Pieces with Seam Allowance Flaps
An automatically fabricated composite material pattern piece is formed with an outer and inner fabric sheet secured together along a pattern seam line by stitching or heat glue fusing. Seam allowance flaps are formed adjacent pattern seam lines and project outwardly from under outer edge portions of the outer fabric sheet to provide for attachment of the composite material pattern pieces together in a specific order to form a finished fabric article.
METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR ON DEMAND PRODUCTION OF APPARELS
A system for a rapid production of apparel executes instructions to cause one or more processors to perform an on-demand production method. The method includes a first step of receiving a first set of data associated with the body shape of the user and a second step of selecting the one or more apparel. A third step is collecting a second set of data including one or more user preferences, and a fourth step is analyzing the first set of data and the second set of data. A fifth step is cutting the material, and a sixth step is stitching the one or more material pieces together. A seventh step is finishing the apparel, and an eighth step is tracking the status of the apparel.

Visualizing Garments in Shadow Neutral 3-D
A tool allows a user to create new designs for apparel and preview these designs in three dimensions before manufacture. Software and lasers are used in finishing apparel to produce a desired wear pattern or other design. Based on a laser input file with a pattern, a laser will burn the pattern onto apparel. With the tool, the user will be able to create, make changes, and view images of a design, in real time, before burning by a laser. Input to the tool includes fabric template images, laser input files, and damage input. The tool allows adding of tinting and adjusting of intensity and bright point. The user can also move, rotate, scale, and warp the image input.

Garment with Contiguously Woven Variable Stretch Zones
A garment is made from a material woven to have multiple stretch characteristics. The garment can be jeans and the material can be a denim fabric. Enhanced stretch denim shaping performance is achieved through engineered placement of weave-integrated hold zones and extension zones. The hold yarns and extension yarns will have distinct stretch performance attributes, but typically have the same or similar gauge, shrinkage, tensile strength, and durability.
