Method for ammonium-enhanced flue gas desulfurization by using red mud slurry
The present invention discloses a method for ammonium-enhanced flue gas desulfurization (FGD) by using red mud slurry. The method specifically includes: crushing red mud, sieving the crushed red mud, slurrying the red mud, conducting aeration treatment, adding an ammonium salt and/or ammonia, and conducting natural sedimentation to obtain pretreated red mud slurry and pretreated red mud liquor; adding an ammonium salt and/or ammonia to the slurry, adding water and conducting uniform mixing, conducting pre-FGD, conducting deep desulfurization on treated flue gas by using the pretreated red mud liquor, and directly discharging desulfurized flue gas; and charging the pretreated red mud slurry and the pretreated red mud liquor obtained after the treatment to a replacement tank below, adding lime milk to the replacement tank, conducting stirring and natural sedimentation, conducting soilization on subnatant thick red mud slurry, and refluxing the supernatant to a red mud aeration tank.
System for variable-ratio blending of multiple agricultural products for delivery via a ported opener
A system to meter multiple agricultural products according to an independently prescribed rate for each in a variable-ratio blend of the agricultural products from a single opener in a plurality of such systems and openers across an applicator such as a drill. Bulk storage compartments associated with the applicator deliver multiple agricultural products to metering assemblies mounted in clusters or pods across the applicator. The agricultural products are fed from the metering assemblies, via a flow re-director, into a manifold, and then into a corresponding single opener having conduits to transport the agricultural product into the soil. Controllers independently regulate metering by the metering assemblies. The flow re-director and manifold provide blending of combinations of the agricultural products for each opener according to a field prescription.
Method for remedying sandy land by using simulated loam substrate spray-seeding technology
A method for remedying sandy land by using a simulated loam substrate spray-seeding technology includes: first, carrying out a sand-fixing treatment to lay a metal mesh in sandy land, the metal mesh being fixed to the surface of the sandy land by a sand-fixing pile; second, spray-seeding a seed into the sandy land by simulated loam substrate spray-seeding; and finally, after spray-seeding, carrying out maintenance management, including adding a protective plate around the metal mesh, covering with a non-woven fabric, watering, fertilizing, reseeding, and post-monitoring. The present invention adopts a two-layer spray-seeding method, and rapidly simulates a loam substrate suitable for plant growth by bionics; the simulated loam substrate having good water retention capacity (conducive to a higher germination rate of seed), root development, microbial activity, nutrient transformation, and plant growth and development. With less investment and having a quick effect, large-scale sand control is provided.
