Luminous helmet and manufacturing method thereof

The present disclosure is for a luminous helmet, comprising an outer shell configured to fit over a human head, an inner shell, a light-emitting band arranged along an elongated slit opening on the outer shell, and a light transmitting groove enclosing the light emitting band. In the manufacturing process, the outer shell was formed first, with a slit cut to match the light transmitting groove. The light-transmitting groove, comprising fixing grooves, engage fixing strips extending from edges of the outer shell along the slit opening. This structure then serves as a base to house the light-emitting band, and to receive pressure injection of the inner shell material.

PROTECTIVE SOFT HELMET

A protective soft helmet integrally formed from a one-piece molded plastic foam for head protection. A gap of variable width is formed at a rear of the helmet to accommodate heads of differing sizes. A tail structure is disposable in overlapping relation to side edges of the gap so as to cover the gap. The soft helmet may include hard snap fasteners for removable attachment of a traditional chin strap to the helmet.

A system for protecting a head of a wearer from an impact force includes a helmet defining an interior space for housing the head and at least one damper coupled to the helmet at a first end and extending therefrom along a longitudinal axis to a second end. The damper includes of a plurality compressible energy damper elements concentrically arranged about the longitudinal axis. The plurality of compressible energy damper elements includes an outer damper element and an inner damper element. The outer damper element surrounds the inner damper element and extends to the second end of the damper. The outer damper element has a first uncompressed length and the inner element has a second uncompressed length that is different from the first uncompressed length. Alternatively, the plurality of compressible damper elements are concentrically arranged and are arranged end to end in series.

Protective helmet

A protective helmet including a visor attached to the external sides of the helmet shell and a catch strip running along a top portion of the visor, spanning at least a portion of the visor. The catch strip protrudes from the visor such that it can prevent a cloth helmet cover from easily sliding off the helmet. The catch strip is attached to the front side of the visor, opposite the shell, such that the catch strip is not in a field of vision of a user when wearing the helmet.

Camouflage for garment assembly

A garment assembly such as a uniform, a military uniform and a military combat uniform is presented. A template made of plexiglass or similar material is inserted into a cover for a protective helmet so that the cover is stretched and once the template is inserted the assembled combination of the cover and the template is oval-shaped. The oval-shaped assembly is placed on top of the bottom plate of a heat press. A layer with a decal or sticker is placed on top of the oval-shaped assembly. A heat press cover sheet is then placed on top of the oval-shaped assembly so that it also becomes into contact with the top plate of the heat press when the heat press is closed. The heat press may be set to a temperature of at least 350 degrees Fahrenheit and it can be set in a closed position for at least 10 seconds in order to transfer sufficient heat so that the decal or sticker is applied or affixed to the cover surface.

Air-conditioned clothing for use with helmet

An air-conditioned clothing for use with a helmet which can be used when the helmet is worn as well as when the helmet is not worn, includes a clothing main body, at least one fan, an air blow-out unit, a guide sheet and an attachment unit. The air is made to flow through an air flow path by the at least one fan and the flowing air evaporates sweat coming out from a body to cool the body with heat of evaporation and in a case where the helmet is worn, the air which blows out from the air blow-out unit is guided to the helmet by the guide sheet and taken into the helmet from an air intake which is formed between an inner edge of the helmet and the head of the user in order to circulate the air inside the helmet.
