Method for making visor
Disclosed are a visor and a method of making the same. The method includes 1) preparing molds and molding material, 2) performing a primary injection molding, and 3) performing a secondary injection molding. According to the method, the first part and the second part are independently made on an injection mold, therefore the hardness of the first part and the second part can be made to be different so that the visor body consisting of the first part and the second part has different hardness at different positions. The disclosure further includes a visor, comprising a visor body which is composed of a first part and a second part, where the hardness of the first part is less than that of the second part.

Woven Hat and Method for Manufacturing Woven Hat by using Ultrasonic Sewing Technology without Sewing Thread
Woven hats and methods for manufacturing woven hats by using an ultrasonic sewing technology without a sewing thread are disclosed. One illustrative method comprises steps such as: cutting a raw material of a hat crown into a plurality of pieces, then bonding such material in pairs using an ultrasonic sewing machine, applying to seam areas a hot-pressing bonding technology of heat-seal adhesive tape, and/or otherwise completing the manufacturing of the hat crown; manufacturing a visor by using a high-frequency hot-pressing technology; manufacturing a sweatband by using a one-time hot-pressing technology; bonding the hat crown, the visor, and the sweatband with an ultrasonic sewing machine; and fixing a rear fastener or a tail belt through rivets. The disclosed technology makes it easier to realize intelligent and automatic reformation of the manufacturing line.

Material pickup mechanism for automatic hat-making production line equipment
A material pickup mechanism for automatic hat-making production line equipment includes an installation seat, a servo motor, and a rotating seat. A control box is arranged on one side of the installation seat through bolts. The servo motor is arranged at a bottom end of the installation seat through a positioning plate and positioning screw. The rotating seat is arranged at an output shaft of the servo motor through bolts. Top and bottom ends of the rotating seat are both connected with an installation plate through a fixed shaft. Adjusting holes are formed at a top of the installation plate. A hollow screw penetrates the adjusting hole. A bottom of the hollow screw is connected with an air outlet end of at least one sucking disc. The material pickup mechanism can continuously pick up materials to improve production efficiency. It is convenient to adjust positions between sucking discs.

PROCESS FOR PRODUCING AIR KNIT HEADWEAR
The present invention generally relates to the production of knitted caps that are lightweight and breathable. Generally, the manufacturing process for producing the knitted caps involves: (1) applying a continuous wax coating onto a polyester yarn; (2) twisting the yarn with one or more additional yarns to produce a twisted yarn; (3) knitting the twisted yarn into a knitted article; (4) sewing the knitted article into a headwear body; and (5) finishing the headwear body to form the headwear article. The resulting headwear articles can be in the form of caps that exhibit superior breathability and moisture wicking capabilities.
Hood lock cord system
An apparel item having a cord lock for restricting the movement of a hood on an article of apparel. The cord lock may have a first end, a second end, and an intervening portion. The cord lock may be positioned on an outer-facing surface of a back panel of the apparel item proximate to a neckline area of the apparel item.
