Coating composition for lubricating coating film
A coating composition for a lubricating coating film includes: (A) a phenolic resin; (B) an epoxy resin having an epoxy equivalent weight of 600 to 4000; and (C) at least one type of solid lubricant. The epoxy equivalent weight is generally defined by the number average molecular weight per the number of epoxy groups in a single molecule. The coating composition has a weight ratio of component (A) to the total weight of component (A) and component (B) of at least 50 weight %. A lubricating coating film, formed from the coating composition, has a high level of flexibility on surfaces of various base materials.

Pigmented, Fine-Structured, Tribological Composite Material
A composition for producing a tribological composite material includes at least one platelet-shaped solid-state lubricant, at least one type of inorganic, platelet-shaped pigment particles, at least one surface-active compound which possesses at least one hydrophilic group and at least one hydrophobic group, and a curable binder system comprising at least one organic polymer or oligomer having one or more functional groups, or a precursor thereof.
WAX PATTERN SURFACE-TREATING AGENT
A wax pattern surface-treating agent includes a solvent, boron nitride, and at least one surfactant selected from a group consisting of an anionic surfactant, a cationic surfactant, a non-ionic surfactant, and an amphoteric surfactant.
Solid lubricant
A solid lubricant is for a bearing and includes at least thirty percent by weight of graphite, a binding material, and inorganic lubricating nanoparticles. Also, a bearing filled with the solid lubricant is provided.

Use of a sulphate, and method for producing a steel component by forming in a forming machine
Coating materials with minimized lubricant demand enable optimized tribological conditions in forming flat steel products and are also unobjectionable in relation to their effects on the environment. With such coating materials, steel components can be produced by forming flat steel products in forming machines. For example, a tribologically-active layer may be produced on at least one surface of a flat steel product or a forming machine used to form the flat steel product, wherein the at least one surface comes into contact with the opposing component during forming. The tribologically-active layer may be formed by coating the at least one surface with a coating material from a group consisting of aluminum sulfate, ammonium sulfate, iron sulfate, and magnesium sulfate. The flat steel product may be inserted into the forming machine to be formed into the steel component.

Nano-hybrid lubricant and method thereof, and oil-based drilling fluid
The present invention relates to the well drilling field in petroleum industry, in particular to a nano-hybrid lubricant and method thereof, and oil-based drilling fluid. The lubricant comprises: graphite oxide and a biquaternary ammonium salt compound of which the cation part is represented by formula (1). The present invention also provides a method for preparation of the lubricant and an oil-based drilling fluid containing the lubricant. The lubricant provided in the present invention can be comprehended as a nano-hybrid material. Thus, oil-based drilling fluids that contain the lubricant provided in the present invention have lower lubrication coefficient and excellent lubricating property without or with little negative impact on rheological property of the oil fluid, and the lubricant provided in the present invention has excellent thermostability thus suitable for use in operation at a high temperature. ##STR00001##
