Flat Steel Product, Method for Production of a Flat Steel Product and Method for Production of a Component
A flat steel product which is provided for forming into a component by hot pressing and which has a base layer of steel on which is applied a Zn or Zn alloy metallic protective coating for protecting against corrosion. On at least one of the free surfaces of the flat steel product, a separate cover layer is applied which contains an oxide, nitride, sulphide, carbide, hydrate or phosphate compound of a base metal. In addition, a method which allows the production of such a flat steel product, and a method which allows the production of a component from such a flat steel product.
Tire Lubricant
A non-water-based tire lubricant includes a thickening agent and a thinning agent. The thickening agent may be a silicone grease, hydrotreated light petroleum distillates, or hydrogenated liquid rosin ester, and the thinning agent may be a blend of petroleum distillates and additives or a silicone liquid. The tire lubricant has a pliable consistency, is easier to apply and use than standard tire lubricants, allows the tire to seal at much lower pressures, and is not water-based so that nitrogen concentrations inside the tire are maintained at 100 percent.

Alkylated Napthalene Blendstocks and Processes for Producing the Same
Alkylated naphthalene blendstock and processes for making the alkylated naphthalene blendstock are provided. The present processes comprise mixing an acid-form MWW-type catalyst, naphthalene, and a solvent to provide a reaction mixture and adding linear alpha olefins to the reaction mixture after heating. The resulting AN blendstock has an isomer ratio of less than 45 wt % mono alkylated naphthalene and greater than 55 wt % multi-alkylated naphthalene and can be combined with polyalphaolefin base stock to provide a synthetic lubricant formulation produced without triflic catalyst and with less process steps.
Printed circuit board backup plate and the preparation method thereof
A PCB backup plate preparation method comprises: lubricating and radiating resin is coated onto both surfaces of the wood fiberboard and a resin layer forms, before it is totally dried out, wood pulp paper is bonded to its surfaces, then, the surface of the wood pulp paper is coated with unsaturated polyester resin and forms a resin layer, and the PCB backup plate is prepared; the lubricating and radiating resin is prepared by a 95 weight portion of principal component, composed by two or more of polyethylene oxide, polyethylene glycol, glycerol, vinyl acetate and polyvinyl alcohol, and a 5 portion of nonionic surfactant. The lubricating and radiating resin brings the PCB good lubricating and radiating capabilities, therefore increases the drilling hole accuracy when starts to drill, improves the hole wall quality and lowers the drill pin temperature.
