Adjustable Shoe
A shoe configured to adjust from a first configuration having a first height to a second configuration having a second height includes a sole. Sole includes a toebox, a shank, and a seat. The shank is rotatably connected to the toebox and the seat. The shoe also includes a heel assembly mounted to the seat. The heel assembly includes a collapsible exterior shell that adjusts the shoe between the first configuration and the second configuration, the first height of the first configuration being greater than the second height of the second configuration.
ILLUMINATING FOOTWEAR ASSEMBLY
An illuminating footwear assembly directs a beam of light from the toe and heel portions of a shoe while being donned by a shoe wearer. The assembly provides a pair of shoes that include a sole portion, an upper portion, a toe portion, and a heel portion. A padding portion inside the cavity segregates the foot from the electrical components. A pair of forward and a pair of rearward illumination portions align to the toe and heel of the shoes, respectively. The illumination portion includes a series of light emitting diodes that are disposed in a spaced-apart relationship. The illumination portions are remotely controlled by the shoe wearer through a transmitter portion that emits a signal to a receiver portion integrated into the shoes. A charging cord attaches between an external power source and a recharging port in the shoe to charge the power source.
SHOE HAVING A PRINTED DESIGN AND PRINTING PROCESS FOR SHOES
The invention provides a method of assembling a shoe including a printed design for providing flat material having a first designated area and a second designated area, printing a first portion of the design on the first designated area and printing a second portion of the design on the second designated area, separating the designated areas into individual panels and assembling each panel, so that the first portion of the design joins the second portion of the design when each panel is arranged side by side to form an uninterrupted and complete design.
FORCE SENSING DEVICE
A force or pressure sensing device comprises one or more magnets resiliently held spaced from one or more magnetic sensors such that pressure on the device displaces the magnets relative to the magnetic field sensors. The device may be incorporated into an insole of a shoe, or integrated into a shoe, or integrated into a seat, cushion, mattress or saddle. The device includes one or more magnetic focussing elements on the opposite side of the magnetic field sensor from the magnets to focus and condition the magnetic field passing through the sensor. The magnetic focussing elements may be permanent magnets or magnetic materials having a high magnetic permeability such as mu-metals. Additional magnetic focussing elements may be placed adjacent to the magnets. Plural magnetic field sensors can be arranged in a symmetrical arrangement in a plane below the one or more magnets so that shear forces applied to the device causes lateral relative displacement of the magnet and magnetic field sensors changing the magnetic field sensed by the magnetic field sensors. The device can also include a motion detector such as an accelerometer which may be integral with the magnetic field sensor.
FOOT GESTURE-BASED CONTROL DEVICE
A hands-free, heads up and discrete system and method for controlling a peripheral device using foot gestures is provided. The system includes a foot-based sensory device that includes one or more sensors, such as pressure sensors, gyroscopes, and accelerometers, that receive sensory information from a user's foot, interpret the information as being linked to specific commands, and transmit the commands to at least one display device for controlling the display device. The system also includes a feedback system for providing tactile, visual and/or auditory feedback to the user based on the actions performed, information provided by the display device and/or information provided from another user.

REPLACEMENT FOOTWEAR, PROCESS FOR ADDITION OF FOOTWEAR TO A USER'S FOOTWEAR COLLECTION, FOOTWEAR VENDING MACHINE, FOOTWEAR DISTRIBUTION PROCESS AND FOOTWEAR REPLACEMENT PROCESS
The present invention refers to the field of shoemaking industry and discloses a replacement shoe, a process for adding shoes to a user shoes collection, a shoes vending machine, a shoes distribution process and a shoes replacement process, more specifically, an automation and optimization of the current logistic process between the industry and/or shoes distributors and resellers until product delivery to the final customer. The present invention also allows the supply of one shoe only since the shoe distributed together with objects of the present invention comprises a geometry that adapts both to the left foot and the right foot. Thus, throughout the manufacturing, sales and products distribution logistic chain, the present invention advantageously discloses the offer of a larger variety of product ranges to the final customer, also allowing stock replenishment using small vehicles, for example, motorcycles.
INTELLIGENT ILLUMINATOR INTEGRATED WITH LUMINOUS OBJECT
An intelligent illuminator Integrated with a luminous object, the illuminator being an independent and removable component, comprising a LED light set, a control unit, a rechargeable battery, a switch and a wireless charging module, which are assembled and sealed to form a waterproof, portable and independent illuminator; the control unit configured to control different lighting mode of the LED light set and including a wireless remote control unit, remotely controlled by a light control APP of an intelligent article; wherein the luminous object includes a transparent or semi-transparent block with light-conducting function and a light-conducting groove; the block is a shoe sole, a lamp holder or a box; the illuminator is placed in the light-conducting groove and can be removed or put in at any time, the intelligent illuminator integrated with a luminous object has the advantages of being widely used and convenient for use.
SMART TERMINAL SERVICE SYSTEM AND SMART TERMINAL PROCESSING DATA
A smart terminal service system and a smart terminal processing data are disclosed. The smart terminal service system comprises smart shoes and the smart terminal. The smart shoes comprises a memory, a pressure sensor sensed by a predetermined pressure of a user, and a controller for calculating sensor velocity data on the basis of sensor data sensed by the pressure sensor and transmitting the calculated sensor velocity data to the smart terminal. And, the smart terminal comprises a communication unit for transmitting and receiving a signal to and from the smart shoes, a receiving unit for receiving GPS velocity data and sensor velocity data of the smart shoes, a memory, and a controller for controlling an execution of a smart shoes application and for calculating movement data of the smart shoes based on the received GPS velocity data and sensor velocity data which is sensed by the pressure sensor provided in the smart shoes.
LIGHTED FOOTWEAR DEVICE
A lighted footwear device for use with existing footwear is disclosed herein comprising: a toe section, a heel section, a pair of adjustable strap members, and a plurality of light members. The plurality of light members are each attached to an outer surfaces of one of the toe section and the heel section. Each of the plurality of light members includes a pressure switch adapted to light up the light member when pressure is applied thereto and turn off when the light member is relieved of the pressure, such that when a person wearing the footwear walks or runs upon a surface respective lights will emit light when stepped upon. The lighted footwear device is adapted to be releasably attached to outer surfaces of respective toe and heel sections of the footwear.
