LACE-UP, STAY IN PLACE LAYERED MATERIAL FOR BODYWEAR
A unique crisscross, lace-up accessory designed to enhance the aesthetic appeal and functionality of bodywear is disclosed. It features a combined material system that incorporates four elements that enable enhanced stability on the body. The four elements are: 1) flexible materials with mechanical stretch on all layers of the bodywear unit; 2) silicone or other adhesive material on the bottom layer that stabilizes the material on the body; 3) a closure mechanism such as, but not limited to, a tie, snap, eyelet, or Velcro; and 4) an arch pad at the middle point of the bodywear unit to indicate placement of the bodywear unit and to provide for further functionality such as pressure points for acupressure of other therapeutic effects. The bodywear unit can be used on legs, arms, and/or torso. The bodywear unit combines style, comfort, and practicality, while maintaining design stability in one cohesive accessory.

The present disclosure relates to a garment, especially to a sports garment, which includes a region which is in contact with a wearer during intended use. The region includes at least one material layer. To allow an improved ventilation at those locations where the same is really needed the present disclosure proposes that the region has at least one receiving space in which microorganisms are placed, and the microorganisms are selected to corrode at least a portion of the material layer under certain conditions.

Climate control system for a shoe and related shoe sole
A climate control system for a shoe is provided and includes a pumping assembly, a discharge-end assembly and a suction-end assembly. The pumping assembly is formed in a one-piece structure and includes a first layer structure, a second layer structure and a plurality of supporting structures located inside a chamber formed between the first layer structure and the second layer structure and integrally connected between the first layer structure and the second layer structure. When the pumping assembly is forced to be resiliently compressed, air inside the pumping assembly is driven to flow toward the discharge-end assembly and then flow out of the discharge-end assembly to an interior of the shoe through a plurality of ventilation openings. When the pumping assembly is released to resiliently recover, ambient air is driven to flow toward the pumping assembly through the suction-end assembly. Besides, a related shoe sole is also provided.
