Footwear with fluid distribution
Systems and methods for providing footwear that facilitate distribution of a fluid held by the footwear to a foot of a user are described. A footwear structure embodiment includes, but is not limited to, a sole including an upper layer, a bottom layer, and an intermediate layer coupled between the upper layer and the bottom layer, the sole defining a cavity through the upper layer and at least a portion of the intermediate layer; and a fluid distribution structure sized and dimensioned to fit at least partially within the cavity, the fluid distribution structure including a fluid retention portion configured to retain a fluid for release to a foot of a user when the user introduces the foot onto the sole and in contact with at least a portion of the fluid retention portion.
Strain-Hardened Safety Toe For Footwear
A protective device, in particular a safety toe cap, for use with an article of footwear is provided. A safety toe cap of the present technology includes one or more strain hardened portions configured to strengthen or reinforce sections of the safety toe cap against impact, particularly from above. The one or more strain hardened portions have increased strength in relation to adjacent non-strain hardened portions and therefore may maintain adequate protection of a user's toes and foot, while simultaneously allowing for lowered material use and a device with a lightweight, streamlined profile.
System and method for generating route data
A fitness tracking system includes a shoe, a magnetometer, and a controller. The magnetometer is mounted on the shoe and is configured to generate three-axis direction data in response to movement of the shoe during a predetermined time period. The controller is operably connected to the magnetometer and is configured to generate two-axis calibrated direction data based on the three-axis direction data after the predetermined time period. The two-axis calibrated direction data corresponds to an orientation of the shoe during the predetermined time period.

Shoe and therapy system
The present shoe and therapy system pertains to a uniquely designed shoe that provides therapeutic benefits to wearers. It includes a fold-down heel portion that is designed to repeatedly fold and straighten such that a wearer may collapse the heel into the interior of the shoe and then wear the shoe while standing on the collapsed heel. The folded down fold-down heel includes a plurality of bumps or ridges positioned to provide acupressure therapy to the wearer when folded down, but the heel may alternately be folded up so that the shoe may be worn in the traditional manner.
Garment having a degradable component
An article of footwear is provided that includes a sole structure and an upper attached to the sole structure. The upper includes an exterior layer and a base layer, and the exterior layer includes a biodegradable layer and a biologically active agent capable of biodegrading the biodegradable layer.

Footwear having sensory feedback outsole
An article of footwear may include a sole structure fixedly attached to an upper defining an internal cavity configured to receive a foot of a wearer. The sole structure may include an exposed outer member configured to contact the ground, the exposed outer member including a first aperture, and a sensory feedback member disposed at least partially within the first aperture in the outer member, the sensory feedback member including a first end and a second end. The first end of the sensory feedback member may include a projection extending through the first aperture and configured to contact the ground. In addition, the second end of the sensory feedback member may include a plurality of flexible bristles extending through a portion of the sole structure and exposed to the internal cavity.

SHOE COVER DISPENSER
The invention is a shoe cover dispenser (10) comprising a container (1) with two opposite containment sides (11, 12) and an opening for the insertion of a foot, and a plurality of shoe covers (2, 3) contained in said container (1), each shoe cover (2, 3) in turn comprising a covering provided with an opening (21, 31) for the insertion of a foot. Each shoe cover (2, 3) comprises a flexible strip (A, B) constrained along a part of the edge (22, 32) of said opening (21, 31) of the covering, and wherein the ends (A1, A2, B1, B2) of said strip (A, B) are respectively constrained to said opposite sides (11, 12), so that said strip is forcedly held between said sides (11, 12) while assuming the form of a U.
