SHOE HAVING SECURELY PRINTED TAB
Provided is, among other things, a shoe having a sole that includes multiple layers and an upper attached to and extending above the sole. In addition, the shoe includes a tab having: (1) a first portion, located between adjacent layers of the sole and thus hidden from view, that is imprinted with identification information pertaining to the shoe and (2) a second portion that is visible during ordinary use of the shoe.
Sole structures including polyolefin plates and articles of footwear formed therefrom
Sole structures including a plate including a first polyolefin resin, and an edge portion comprising a second resin are disclosed herein. The edge portion is more flexible or less rigid than the plate. Articles of footwear formed from the sole structures are also provided. Methods of making the polyolefin resin compositions, plates, edge portions, sole structures, and articles of footwear are also provided. In some aspects, the first polyolefin resin composition includes an effective amount of a polymeric resin modifier.

Footwear Manufacturing With Precutting
A method of manufacturing an article of footwear from a flat pattern is provided. The method includes cutting a first cut in a first material through the top surface and the bottom surface of the first material. The method continues with coupling an overlay on the first material top surface such that the overlay extends over the first cut and obscures the first material top surface. The method continues with forming the flat pattern having the first material with the first cut and the overlay into a dimensional article of footwear configured to receive a foot. The first material bottom surface is more interior to the dimensional article of footwear than the top surface.

Tensioning System for an Article of Footwear
An article of footwear can include a tensioning system with a multilayered upper and a relatively narrow strobel. One layer of the upper can be attached to an outer periphery of the strobel. Another layer of the upper can be attached to a portion of the sole structure. In addition, a lacing region can be formed by folding a laminated structure including the second layer. A third layer of the upper can provide a bootie within the article of footwear configured to receive a foot.

Three-dimensional printing along a curved surface
A method and apparatus for printing onto a curved surface of an article are disclosed. An embodiment of a method may include receiving the article and extruding a composite yarn from a nozzle. A method may include attaching the composite yarn to the curved surface by moving the nozzle in a direction aligned with a first axis and a direction aligned with second axis along the curved surface. The first axis may be approximately normal to the print surface and the second axis may be approximately normal to the first direction. The article may be repositioned during printing to accommodate nozzle movement.

SHOE WITH MIDSOLE
A shoe comprising an upper, a sole and a midsole that comprises a plurality of projections received inside corresponding recesses defined in the sole. The recesses are blind at a relative bottom surface. One end of the projections is in contact with the bottom surface of the recesses at least in a forefoot region such that, in the course of a walking movement, the projections are compressed by the foot of the wearer.
