BEVERAGE MAKING APPARATUS
A beverage-making apparatus includes a container including a container body that includes heat-insulating material and has an opening that provides access to an interior of the container body. The container further includes: a container cover configured to open and close the opening of the container body, and at least three channels connected to the container and that are communicative with the interior of the container body. The at least three channels include at least one first channel and a second channel that are communicative with a beverage ingredient pack mounted in the interior of the container body, the beverage ingredient pack configured to hold first beverage-making ingredients. The container further includes a third channel that is communicative with a space formed in the interior of the container body between a wall of the container body and the beverage ingredient pack mounted in the interior the container body.
BEVERAGE MAKING APPARATUS
An apparatus includes a fermentation tank assembly including a fermentation tank having an opening formed therein and a fermentation tank cover configured to open and close the opening. The apparatus also includes an ingredient receiving portion configured to receive, through the opening of the fermentation tank, fermentation ingredients; a gas extraction flow path connected to the fermentation tank; a gas release valve disposed in the gas extraction flow path and configured to discharge gas from the fermentation tank; and a pressure sensor disposed on at least one of the gas extraction flow path or the fermentation tank cover.

Multifunctional Brewing system for Coffee, Beer, and Other Beverages
A brewing device may have several different configurations to make various beverages. Under computer control, the device may be able to sequence various ingredients using direct or recirculating percolation for immediate consumption, such as coffee and tea, or for fermenting for later consumption, such as beer, kombutcha, or other consumable products. The device may be capable of a sequenced percolation, such as coffee infusion of a first type of coffee, then a second type of coffee, followed by vanilla, and followed by spices. The device may be capable of sequential, cascading, or parallel percolation directly or using recirculating paths. Ingredients may be pre-packaged or may be placed into various removable and cleanable containers. The device may further be capable of infusion by steeping ingredients in a dispensing device.
AUTOMATED MALT PRODUCTION SYSTEM
An automated malt production system features a processing vessel for carrying out all steps of the malting process, including steeping, germinating, and kilning. An agitator in the processing vessel utilizes an integral auger to turn the grain during processing. Sweeps mounted to the agitator move grain towards or away from the auger, depending on the direction of rotation of the agitator, breaking up the mass of grain to allow aeration and prevent binding. A support skid carries multiple mounted system elements, such as a process air blower or heater, allowing them to be easily shipped and connected to the processing vessel.

PERSONALIZED SELECTOR DEVICE OF SUBSTANCES TO OBTAIN AND OPTIMIZE MIXTURES ABLE TO GENERATE BEVERAGES AND CONNECTED METHOD
A device to produce personalized mixtures of substances intended to obtain and optimize beverages for a specific individual or user, includes a plurality of containers of basic substances, at least a measuring device and management and control means. The device is associated to the management and control means configured to carry out instructions regarding personalized formulas that express univocal sensory profiles or profiles functional to the specific needs of a specific individual or user.
SYSTEM FOR INSERTING ADDITIVES IN A FLOWING LIQUID FOODSTUFF
A system for inserting additives in a flowing liquid foodstuff, in particular for inserting hop pellets in flowing beer or wort, includes a tank including: an additive receiving compartment adapted to receive additives; a first chamber adapted to be vented by a venting system; a pipe connection adapted to be connected to a pipe where the flowing liquid foodstuff is in, and to insert the additives in the flowing liquid foodstuff; a first valve arranged between the additive receiving compartment and the first chamber, where the first valve has an open position where additives can be transferred from the additive receiving compartment to the first chamber, and has a closed position where additives can be received in the additive receiving compartment while the first chamber can be vented and/or additives can be inserted in the flowing liquid foodstuff via the pipe connection.
