This application is for a device and article of manufacture for the purpose of drinking, tasting, sampling, and nosing and evaluating alcohol beverages without alcohol nose burn and numbing; a procedure or method to manipulate said vapors for the same purpose; and a process to separate and dissipate ethanol vapors to accomplish the same purpose. The device is one embodiment of a vessel which collects vapors in a chamber with curved sides and large surface area to promote evaporation, which chamber's top opening orifice concentrates same vapors prior to passing into an expansion chamber releasing and dissipating fast moving ethanol prior to nosing, providing improved aroma detection and enhancing nosing, tasting, and sampling experiences for all spirits, wines and liqueurs, distilled, fermented, and fortified.

DECANTER SYSTEM AND METHOD
A decanter system can include a decanter and a stopper. The decanter can include a decanter body and a neck. A mouth can be formed in the neck. The stopper can include a sealing member. The stopper can be configured to be selectively disposed in the mouth to form a seal between the sealing member and the mouth. The stopper is positionable in the mouth between a first position and a second position where the seal is maintained in each of the first position and the second position. A method of storing liquid can include providing a decanter system. A liquid can be disposed in the decanter body. A filter with flavoring materials disposed therein can be placed within the decanter body. The decanter can be sealed with the stopper in the first position. The stopper can be pushed downwards in the mouth to the second position, repeatedly as desired.

A decanter system can include a decanter and a stopper. The decanter can include a decanter body and a neck. A mouth can be formed in the neck. The stopper can include a sealing member. The stopper can be configured to be selectively disposed in the mouth to form a seal between the sealing member and the mouth. The stopper is positionable in the mouth between a first position and a second position where the seal is maintained in each of the first position and the second position. A method of storing liquid can include providing a decanter system. A liquid can be disposed in the decanter body. The stopper can be pushed downwards in the mouth to the second position, repeatedly as desired.

Wine-making process comprising a first step of arranging “Acacia Verek” raw gum arabic and a second step of arranging a wine to be bottled, a step of dissolving the raw gum arabic in water in order to obtain raw gum arabic in solution with a concentration of gum arabic comprised between 5 and 50%, a step of filtering the raw gum arabic in solution by means of a tangential filter provided with synthetic membrane with nominal porosity comprised between 0.5 and 3 μm in order to obtain filtered gum arabic in solution with a concentration of gum arabic comprised between 5 and 40%, a step of admixing the filtered gum arabic in solution in the wine to be bottled in order to obtain a wine to be bottled admixed with gum arabic, and finally a step of microfiltrating the wine to be bottled admixed with gum arabic.
