PROCESS FOR HYDROLYSIS OF OLIGOSACCARIDES
Provided is a method comprising (a) providing a hydrolysis composition of at least 20 wt % of sugar equivalents, wherein the hydrolysis composition comprises a first oligosaccharide, water, optionally a soluble aromatic compound, (b) contacting the hydrolysis composition with a catalyst in a first reactor to hydrolyze at least a portion of the first oligosaccharide to form a first product composition comprising a first monosaccharide and a second oligosaccharide, (c) separating the first monosaccharide from the first product composition to form a second product composition comprising the second oligosaccharide, wherein at least a portion of the second oligosaccharide is a reversion sugar, and (d) converting via a further hydrolysis step at least a portion of the second oligosaccharide to form a third product composition comprising a second monosaccharide.

LIQUID SWEETENER COMPOSITION, METHOD FOR PRODUCING SAME AND BEVERAGE
The present invention relates to a liquid sweetener composition including a solid content composed of fructose, glucose, a disaccharide and a saccharide other than fructose, glucose and disaccharides, and water, wherein the liquid sweetener composition contains 75% by mass or more of the solid content and 25% by mass or less of the water with respect to a total mass of the liquid sweetener composition, and contains 96.0 to 98.5% by mass of the fructose, 0.4 to 1.6% by mass of the glucose, 0.3 to 1.2% by mass of the disaccharide, and 0 to 1.2% by mass of the saccharide other than fructose, glucose and disaccharides, with respect to a total mass of the solid content.
Continuous centrifuge systems with multiple-stage mixing
The present disclosure includes a centrifuge system for processing a massecuite composition. The centrifuge system may include a centrifuge having a vertical spindle, a housing, and a basket disposed within the housing. The basket may include a central hub coupled to the vertical spindle for rotation therewith, a cup coupled to the central hub or an end of the vertical spindle, and a loading cone positioned over the cup and coupled to the cup by a plurality of vanes extending outward from the cup to the loading cone. The loading cone may have a wide end open towards a bottom of the basket, and the plurality of vanes may be radially spaced apart. The centrifuge system may further include a feed pipe vertically disposed above the cup and having a feed outlet oriented towards the cup. The cup defining a cavity oriented in a direction away from the central hub.

Regulated Method For Separating A Mixture
The invention relates to a method for separating a mixture in an installation comprising a first system comprising a plurality of chromatography columns, a second system downstream of the first system and a tank fed by an outlet line of the first system and feeding the second system with a continuous stream, the method successively comprising, in a cyclical manner, in a given part of the first system, steps of collecting a raffinate, injecting the mixture to be separated, collecting an extract and injecting a mobile phase; wherein the method further comprises the measurement of the purity and/or yield of at least one collected fraction, comprising: the determination of the concentration of at least two species of the mixture to be separated in the fraction collected in the tank; and the determination of the purity and/or yield of at least one species of the fraction collected in the tank.
REGULATED METHOD FOR SEPARATING A MIXTURE
The invention relates to a method for separating a mixture in a system comprising a plurality of chromatography columns, the method successively comprising, in a cyclical manner, in a given part of the system, steps of collecting a raffinate, injecting the mixture to be separated, collecting an extract and injecting a mobile phase; wherein the method further comprises measuring the purity and/or yield of a collected fraction, comprising: the determination, in a node of the system, of the histories of at least two variables that are representative of the concentration of at least two species contained in the mixture to be separated using at least one fast online detector; the determination of the concentration of at least two species of the mixture to be separated in the collected fraction based on these histories; and the determination of the purity and/or yield of the collected fraction based on these concentrations.
