UPPER FOR AN ARTICLE OF FOOTWEAR AND METHOD OF LASTING THE UPPER
In one aspect, the present disclosure provides a method. The method may include placing an upper on a last, where the upper includes a lower perimeter edge secured to a lasting element, and where the last includes an opening for receiving the lasting element. The method may further include feeding the lasting element at least partially through an opening of the last and tensioning the lasting element to tighten the upper around the last by pulling the tensioning element at least partially through the opening.
SHOE UPPER
A shoe upper comprising a knitted fabric has tubular portions having axial directions parallel to a tongue of the shoe upper, being knitted tubularly, and having shoelace holes. The tubular portions are filled with a filler so that the knitted fabric of the tubular portions is reinforced. The knitted fabric around the shoelace holes may be easily reinforced.
Method for Forming Textile Article
A method for forming a textile article includes the steps of providing at least one shaping yarn and at least one basic yarn; processing the shaping yarn and the basic yarn to form a primitive textile structure; fitting the primitive textile structure to a shaping mold; applying high temperature to heat the primitive textile structure so as to have the shaping yarn included in the primitive textile structure heated and molten to form a shaping film covering the basic yarn; applying a low temperature to solidify the shaping film that covers the basic yarn so as to fix a shape of the primitive textile structure to form a shaped textile structure; and removing the shaped textile structure of which the shape is fixed from the shaping mold.

Shoe upper and method for knitting shoe upper
There is provided a shoe upper that is less likely to stretch, and a method for knitting the shoe upper. A shoe upper (1) includes a linear anti-stretch section (4), knitted integrally to an instep cover section (3), for suppressing stretching of the instep cover section (3). The anti-stretch section (4) includes a pipe-form knitted fabric portion (40) configured with a knitting yarn including a heat fusible yarn, and an inserting knitting yarn (41) inserted inside the pipe-form knitted fabric portion (40) and fixed by tuck to stitches configuring the pipe-form knitted fabric portion (40). The pipe-form knitted fabric portion (40) is configured by an inner knitted fabric part (40i) and an outer knitted fabric part (40o) that overlap in a thickness direction of the instep cover section (3), a starting end in a wale direction of the inner knitted fabric part (40i) and a starting end in a wale direction of the outer knitted fabric part (40o) being joined, and a terminating end in the wale direction of the inner knitted fabric part (40i) and a terminating end in the wale direction of the outer knitted fabric part (40o) being joined to form a pipe shape.

Shoe toe shaping clamping device
A shoe toe shaping clamping device has a mold base and multiple clamping units. The mold base has a mold body. Each clamping unit has a clamping base, a bottom clamping unit, a top clamping unit, a clamping space, and a depth adjusting unit. The bottom clamping unit is mounted on the clamping base, is adjacent to the mold body, and has a bottom clamping surface. The top clamping unit is mounted on the clamping base and has a top clamping surface. The clamping space is formed between the top clamping surface and the bottom clamping surface. The depth adjusting unit is mounted on the bottom clamping unit and shelters two sides of the clamping space. The shoe toe shaping clamping device is applied for clamping a vamp to form a shoe toe.
Methods of forming an article of footwear using a gathering system and articles formed by the same
A method of forming an article of footwear can include providing an upper in a substantially flat orientation, securing a gathering string along at least a portion of a perimeter of a first surface of the upper with a securing member that is attached to the upper, positioning the upper on a last, and applying tension to the gathering string to at least partially conform the upper to a shape of the last.
