METHOD FOR PREPARING METAL OXIDE OR METAL HYDROXIDE NANO THIN-FILM MATERIAL BY MOLTEN SALT METHOD
Provided is a method for preparing a metal oxide or a metal hydroxide nano thin-film material by a molten salt method, which mainly comprises the following steps: heating a low-melting-point salt to a molten state, adding a substrate into the molten salt before or after melting for reaction; adding a metal source and continuing the reaction for a period of time; removing the substrate, cooling the substrate to a room temperature, cleaning and drying the substrate to obtain the metal oxide or metal hydroxide nano thin-film material; wherein, the mass ratio of the low-melting-point salt to the metal source is 100-1.5:1. The metal oxide and metal hydroxide nano-film materials with various nano-morphologies prepared by the method of the present application have morphologies that can be regulated and controlled by the types and proportions of the low-melting-point salts and metal sources.

Continuous hot dip galvanizing apparatus
A continuous hot-dip galvanizing apparatus has a vertical annealing furnace, one or more hearth rolls, a hot-dip galvanizing apparatus, an alloying line, and humidified gas supply ports. When the steel sheet having a Si content of 0.2 mass % or more is conveyed inside the annealing furnace, the humidified gas supply ports positioned in a latter part of the soaking zone supply the humidified gas to the soaking zone and the at least one dry gas supply port supplies the dry gas to the soaking zone. When the steel sheet having a Si content of less than 0.2 mass % is conveyed inside the annealing furnace, the plurality of the humidified gas supply ports do not supply the humidified gas to the soaking zone and the at least one dry gas supply port supplies the dry gas to the soaking zone.
Gas wiping nozzle and method of manufacturing hot-dip metal coated metal strip
A gas wiping nozzle configured to blow wiping gas onto a metal strip includes a first nozzle member and a second nozzle member provided to face each other, in which a slit as a gas blowing port is formed to extend in a length direction between end portions of the first nozzle member and the second nozzle member on the metal strip side; and a shim member configured to adjust a gap of the slit in a width direction orthogonal to the length direction, wherein the shim member is made of a ceramic material or a carbon material, each of the first nozzle member and the second nozzle member has a groove portion, and the shim member is fitted into both of the groove portions of the first nozzle member and the second nozzle member and fixes the first nozzle member and the second nozzle member.
