Continuous single-dip process for galvanization of steel long products into Zn—Al—Mg alloys
By first fluxing a steel long product with novel specific flux compositions, it is possible to continuously produce, more uniform, smoother and void-free galvanized coatings on such steel long products in a single hot dip galvanization step making use of zinc-aluminum alloys or zinc-aluminum-magnesium alloys with less than 95 wt. % zinc. This is achieved by providing specific amounts of lead chloride and tin chloride in a flux composition comprising (a) more than 40 and less than 70 weight % zinc chloride, (b) from 10 to 30 weight % ammonium chloride, (c) more than 6 and less than 30 weight % of a set of at least two alkali or alkaline earth metal chlorides.

METHOD OF MANUFACTURE OF SCROLL COMPRESSORS AND SCROLL COMPRESSORS MANUFACTURED THEREBY
The invention relates to a method of manufacture of a scroll compressor (1), in particular for pretreatment for the coating of areas in contact with one another during operation of the scroll compressor (1). The scroll compressor (1) is developed with a non-movable spiral (3) with a base plate (3a) and a spiral-form wall (3b) extending from one side of the base plate (3a), as well as with a movable spiral (4) with a base plate (4a) and a spiral-form wall (4b) extending from a front side of the base plate (4a). The spirals (3, 4) are developed out of a basis material.
METHOD FOR ANTI-CORROSION TREATMENT OF METALLIC COPPER-CONTAINING MATERIALS
An anticorrosion treatment method for a copper-containing material comprises: carrying out a sealed and pressurized reaction on a copper-containing material and a stabilizer in presence of a polar solvent and any assistant, the stabilizer being a compound capable of providing formates, so that the formates are adsorbed on the surface of the copper-containing material. In the method, formates are modified on the surface of the copper-containing material, accordingly, the oxidation resistance capability and the stability of the copper-containing material can be significantly improved while the electrical conductivity of the copper-containing material is not reduced, and the corrosion resistance of the copper-containing material and especially, the salt and alkali corrosion resistance of the copper-containing material are significantly improved.
