Free fibre padding structure and method for the production thereof
A free fibre or loose fibre structure for padding comprising a shell containing a plurality of free or loose fibres, said structure being characterised in that said free or loose fibres have a cut that reproduces the length, and in part the fineness, of genuine goose down.

FIBERS, WOVEN FABRICS INCLUDING THE FIBERS, AND METHODS OF MANUFACTURING THE SAME
Fibers, yarns, woven fabric including the yarns and fibers, and methods of manufacturing the same are disclosed. Fibers can include base material staple fibers and dissolvable or water-soluble fibers that are mixed together to define an ultra-homogenous yarn comprising base material and dissolvable material, which is provided in at least the warp direction to form a woven fabric having a 7-end, 8-end or 10-end sateen weave. A processing step provides for the removal of the dissolvable fibers to produce a yarn defining a plurality of pores that are uniformly distributed throughout the structure of the yarn. The woven fabric has a thread count between 450-1200. The woven fabric is thermally-insulative, breathable and moisture-wicking.

SYSTEM, CONTROLLER, AND METHOD FOR DECORTICATION PROCESSING
A system and method for optimizing flexible material handling for decorticated agricultural biomass. The method including: receiving decorticated components of the decorticated agricultural biomass, the decorticated components including bast fibre and hurd; analyzing one or more mechanical characteristics of the bast fibre; determining if the bast fibre is above a predetermined quality threshold based on the analyzed mechanical characteristics; where the bast fibre is above the predetermined threshold, directing the bast fibre for cutting, and cutting the bast fibre into one or more lengths; and where the bast fibre is below the predetermined threshold, directing the bast fibre for blending, and blending the bast fibre and hurd in determined proportions.
MODULE FOR A FIBER PREPARATION MACHINE AND FIBER PREPARATION MACHINE
A module for a fiber preparation machine is a self-supporting element having a cuboid shape with a length (L), a width (B) and a height (H), as well as at least two lateral walls extending in parallel respective planes and spaced apart by the width (B). A cross beam connects the lateral walls to one another. Each of the lateral walls is encompassed by a frame. A first leg of the frame is arranged along the plane of the respective lateral wall and a second leg of the frame is arranged at a right angle to the lateral wall and facing away from the opposite lateral wall. A fiber preparation machine includes a plurality of the modules interconnected together.
Article of Manufacture Making System
An article of manufacture making system for making an article of manufacture containing a plurality of dry solid additives, such as fibers, that utilizes a dry solid additive delivery system with a relatively low Stokes Number for the dry solid additives.
