Fiber processing system along with a method for opening and mixing fiber material in a fiber processing system
A fiber processing system for opening and mixing fiber material includes a plurality of bale openers for opening fiber bales. Conveying devices are arranged downstream of the bale openers for mixing and conveying the opened fiber material to a downstream processing device. The bale openers are divided into at least two opener groups, wherein each opener group produces a respective fiber mixture. Each opener group is allocated one or more of the conveying devices arranged in such a manner that the respective fiber mixtures are transported directly away from their associated opener group in different directions and the fiber mixtures are subsequently combined before or in the processing device into an overall fiber mixture.
Yarn manufacturing device
A yarn producing apparatus produces carbon nanotube (CNT) yarn by aggregating CNT fibers. A substrate support supports a CNT forming substrate, a winding unit 7 continuously draws the CNT fibers, a yarn producing unit aggregates the CNT fibers, and a substrate replacing mechanism replaces the carbon nanotube forming substrate supported on the substrate support with another carbon nanotube forming substrate.

The invention relates to a fiber feed device (16) for a fiber blending unit (1) comprising a blending belt (15), by means of which fiber material (2) dropped onto the blending belt (15) from a bale opener (3) can be transported away, and comprising two guide walls (17, 18) arranged laterally to the blending belt (15) for guiding the fiber material (2) on both sides of the blending belt (15). According to the invention, the fiber feed device (16) comprises at least one rotary distributor (19) arranged over the blending belt (15), by means of which the fiber material (2) dropped onto the blending belt (15) can be distributed in the transverse direction of the blending belt (15) between the two guide walls (17, 18) by means of a rotational movement. The invention further relates to a fiber blending unit (1).

The invention relates to a fiber feed device (16) for a fiber blending unit (1) comprising a blending belt (15), by means of which fiber material (2) dropped onto the blending belt (15) from a bale opener (3) can be transported away, and comprising two guide walls (17, 18) arranged laterally to the blending belt (15) for guiding the fiber material (2) on both sides of the blending belt (15). Fiber Processing System along with a Method for Opening and Mixing Fiber Material in a Fiber Processing System
The invention relates to a fiber processing system for opening and mixing fiber material, with a multiple number of bale openers (2) for opening fiber bales (FB) and conveying devices (4a, 4b; 14a, 14b) downstream of the bale openers (2) for mixing and conveying the opened fiber material to a downstream processing device (10), for example a mixing chamber or a carding feed. The device in accordance with the invention is characterized in that the bale openers (2) are divided into at least two opener groups (3a, 3b; 13a, 13b), each of which produces a fiber mixture (M1, M2), and that each opener group (3a, 3b; 13a, 13b) is allocated with a conveying device (4a, 4b; 14a, 14b), whereas the conveying devices (4a, 4b; 14a, 14b) are designed and arranged in such a manner that the respective fiber mixture (M1, M2) is transported away in relation to the associated opener group (3a, 3b; 13a, 13b) in different directions (R1, R2; R1, R2) and the fiber mixtures (M1, M2) are combined before or in the processing device (10) into an overall fiber mixture (GM). Likewise, the invention relates to a method for opening and mixing fiber material in a fiber processing system.
