Method for Controlling a Setting Process for Re-setting a Yarn at a Work Station of a Textile Machine
With a method for controlling a setting process for re-setting a yarn (G) at a textile machine, in particular a spinning machine (1), by means of a setting device (5), a multiple number of work steps as preparation for the actual setting operation are carried out successively in a chronological sequence. In each case, a predetermined time period is allocated to the work steps within which the respective work step is carried out. For at least one of the work steps, the predetermined time period can be varied, whereas the current time period of the at least one work step is determined as a function of a yarn characteristic (GC) of the currently produced yarn (G and/or as a function of a utilization of the setting device (5). A textile machine features a control unit (12), which is designed to operate the textile machine according to this method.
Method for Preparing a Workstation for the Resumption of the Spinning Process on an Air-Jet Spinning Machine and an Air-Jet Spinning Machine for Performing the Method
The invention relates to a method for preparing a workstation for the resumption of the spinning process on an air-jet spinning machine, in which after an interruption of spinning, the yarn (5) is guided back into its working path behind a spinning nozzle (4), or the yarn (5) is stopped in controlled manner in its working path with the end of yarn (5) situated behind the spinning nozzle (4), the end of yarn (5) is introduced into an outlet opening (41) of the spinning nozzle (4), whereupon the yarn (5) is transported by the reverse motion with the aid of the spinning nozzle (4) and a feeding device (3) of fibers as far as to a guide channel (2) in front of the spinning nozzle (4), whereupon a spinning-in end of yarn (5) is formed on the yarn (5) in the guide channel (2) and simultaneously the formation of yarn reserve is started in an underpressure yarn storage device (73) in front of a winding device (9) of yarn (5). The reverse motion of the yarn (5) to the guide channel (2) is performed by the reverse motion of a drawing-off mechanism (6) of yarn (5) of the workstation.
The invention also relates to an air-jet spinning machine with means for preparing a workstation for the resumption of the spinning process, whereby each workstation of the air-jet spinning machine comprises a drafting mechanism (1) of sliver (0), which is with its outlet (11) aligned with an inlet (30) of a feeding device (3) of fibers, which is with its outlet (31) aligned with an entry (40) of fibers to the spinning nozzle (4), whereby the space between the outlet (11) of the drafting mechanism (1) of sliver (0) of fibers and the inlet (30) of the feeding device (3) of sliver (0) is aligned with an exit portion (22) of a guide channel (2), which is at a certain distance from its exit portion (22) provided with a device (20) for the preparation of the spinning-in end of yarn and the workstation is provided with means for the unwinding of the yarn (5) against the direction in which the yarn (5) moves upon its formation. The workstation is provided with means for controlled reverse displacement of the formed spinning-in end of yarn (5) through the guide channel (2) to a defined position behind the device (20) for the preparation of the spinning-in end of yarn.
Sliver preparation
A drafting system for conveying a sliver to an inlet opening of a vortex chamber of an air-jet spinning device, for a drafting system having an exit roller pair and at least one additional drafting system roller pair and/or apron roller pair. A sliver is supplied at a spinning station of an air-jet spinning machine for the production of a thread to the vortex chamber. The exit roller pair can be driven decoupled from the at least one additional pair of drafting system rollers and/or apron rollers. In the method, the roller pair is driven for combing the sliver end after a spinning interruption at a predetermined combing speed and the at least one stretching mill roller and/or belt roller pair upstream of the starting roller pair is stopped or operated at a holding speed associated with the combing speed, which is at most 10% of the combing speed.
Spinning Machine and Method for Operating a Spinning Machine with a Multiple Number of Spinning Stations
The invention relates to a method for operating a spinning machine with a multiple number of spinning stations, whereas, in the normal case, the individual spinning stations are supplied with a fiber material and produce a yarn from this, whereas, upon the occurrence of predefined events, yarn production is interrupted at any or all spinning stations, whereas the spinning stations at which yarn production has been interrupted are, when required, spun in with the assistance of a spinning-in process in order to once again start up yarn production, and whereas the respective spinning-in is carried out with the assistance of handling tools with their own spinning machines. In accordance with the invention, it is proposed that the individual spinning stations are classified on the basis of one or more production-related parameters, and that, if more spinning-in processes are to be carried out at the same time than can be carried out by the handling tools, at least the selection of the spinning station to be spun in next is carried out under consideration of the specified classification.
