Multilayer woven fibrous structure including a hollow tubular part, production method thereof and composite part comprising same
A fiber structure made as a single piece by multilayer weaving using a method including weaving warp yarns of at least a first set of layers of warp yarns with weft yarns including at least some that are woven with extra length so as to have warp yarn end portions available that extend beyond the zone of weaving, the warp yarn end portions being returned to be woven with warp yarns by being reinserted in layers of warp yarns, and a hollow, or tubular, portion being formed by looping the first woven set of layers of warp yarns back onto itself and applying traction to the ends of the reinserted weft yarns so that a fiber preform for a part including a hollow portion can be obtained as a single piece.
Monofilament jacketed woven tape
A woven rope an inner portion comprising a plurality of multifilament fibers in the length direction of the woven rope and a jacket portion covering the inner portion. The jacket portion contains a plurality of monofilament fibers in the length direction of the woven rope and at least one multifilament fiber in the circumferential direction interwoven with the monofilament fibers in the length direction of the jacket portion. The monofilament fibers of the jacket portion form the majority of the outer surface of the woven rope.
Decorative Ribbon with Integrated Lighting
A ribbon has integrated lighting and is formed from woven threads. The integrated lighting is provided by one or more lighting filaments woven within the ribbon material to create a woven integrated illuminated decorative ribbon.
MULTI-LAYERED WOVEN COMPONENT
A multi-layered woven component and method is disclosed. The multi-layered woven component comprising a first side adapted to be in contact with a skin surface of a user, the first side comprising a plurality of yarns of a first type and a plurality of yarns of a second type. The plurality of yarns of the first type in the first side predominates the plurality of yarns of the second type in the first side. Further, a second side opposite to the first side, the second side comprising at least a portion of the plurality of yarns of the second type. Further, the first side of the multi-layered woven component is woven with the second side of the multi-layered woven component to facilitate transfer of moisture from the first side of the multi-layered woven component to the second side of the multi-layered woven component.
Split webbing
A split webbing is provided, including: a webbing body woven in one piece by a first and second warp set, a first and a second dividing thread arranged side by side and a weft thread, a closed and a split section provided in sequence along the length of the webbing body, the weft thread being interlaced with the first warp set to form a first sub-webbing, and the weft thread being interlaced with the second warp set to form a second sub-webbing, wherein the inner sides of the first and the second sub-webbing are wound around by the first and the second dividing thread respectively, so as to form a gap between the first and the second sub-webbing, where the weft thread are cut off to separate the first from the second sub-webbing. The split webbing has the advantages of simple weaving control procedure and beautiful product.
Fabric tape
A forming fabric tape for a machine for producing or processing a fiber web, the forming fabric tape including an upper fabric layer including upper longitudinal threads and upper transversal threads woven with the upper longitudinal threads; and a lower fabric layer including lower longitudinal threads and lower transversal threads woven with the lower longitudinal threads, wherein the upper fabric layer and the lower fabric layer are arranged above one another so that the upper fabric layer is oriented towards the fiber material web and the lower fabric layer is oriented away from the fiber web, wherein the upper fabric layer is connected with the lower fabric layer by binding threads (B1-B2) running in a transversal direction of the fabric tape, wherein a weaving pattern of the forming fabric tape is repeated in pattern repeats, wherein the pattern repeats are formed from plural longitudinal thread supergroups.
DETACHABLE SCHOOLBAG
The invention relates to a detachable schoolbag. The detachable schoolbag comprises a bracket, a tie rod, walking wheels and a bag body, wherein a first zipper tape is arranged on the bag body, and a second zipper tape is arranged on the bracket; the detachable schoolbag further comprises a slider arranged on the first or second zipper tape. The first zipper tape can be used as a decorative tape to ensure the aesthetics of the bag body; the second zipper tape is arranged on the bracket. When in use, the first and second zipper tapes can be pulled together by the slider, so that the schoolbag can be stably placed on the bracket. When the schoolbag is required to be removed, the first and second zipper tapes can be separated by the slider. The invention is convenient to operate, and can reduce the burden of users.
Fabric for a fiber web producing machine and a method for making the same
A fabric for a machine for producing a fiberweb, the fabric including a woven base structure including a first base element and a second base element, wherein the first base element includes a first flat woven base material and the second base element includes a second flat woven base material, wherein the first flat woven base material has a length of twice a length of the fabric and is folded in a middle, creating a first two-ply element and a first fold, wherein the second flat woven base material also has a length of twice the length of the fabric and is folded in a middle, creating a second two-ply element and a second fold, and wherein the first base element and the second base element is arranged so that at least one ply of the first two-ply element is positioned between plies of the second two-ply element.
