HEART VALVE ASSEMBLY AND PREPARATION METHOD THEREFOR
20230263625 · 2023-08-24 ·

A heart valve assembly, a prosthetic valve device, and a preparation method for a heart valve assembly. The heart valve assembly comprises: a skirt portion having a tubular structure, at least two leaflets provided on an inner wall of the skirt portion, a plurality of integrated anchoring rings provided on the exterior of the skirt portion; one end of the integrated anchoring ring is fixedly provided to the exterior of the skirt portion, and one end thereof is a free end; and the skirt portion, the leaflets and the integrated anchoring rings form an integrated valve structure. The heart valve component simplifies an assembly process by significantly reducing the need for precise sutures for connecting the valve component(s) to a stent, which can reduce the uncertainty of current suture technology.

WEAVING METHOD FOR CLOSING WEBBING EDGES
20220290341 · 2022-09-15 ·

The embodiment of the present application discloses a weaving method for braid edge overlock, to weave two side edges of the braid, herein a single side edge of the braid includes a plurality of warp yarns and at least one weft yarn; the warp yarns alternately move upward and downward, thereby forming upper and lower layers; the weft yarn shuttles left and right between the upper and lower layers of the warp yarns, thereby forming the braid edges by interweaving with the warp yarns; either of the left and right edges of the braid includes at least four warp yarns, referred to as Warp A, B, C, D from left to right; the right edge of the braid is provided with a right side yarn. The weaving processes include: first fore-and-back trip, second fore-and-back trip, third fore-and-back trip and fourth fore-and-back trip. The tissue form of the braid edge in the present application includes sinking lock sites and floating lock sites, and the structure of two side edges of the braid enables the sinking and floating of the upper and lower layers misalign properly, forming misaligned positions of warp yarns so as to make the weft yarn weave pair locks, which makes the structures of the left and right edges of the braid form shaggy, fluffy and soft round corners, so as to not scratch when contacting with the skins, and wear more comfortably.

JUNCTION DEVICE FOR CONVEYOR BELT
20210293302 · 2021-09-23 ·

A junction device for connecting two ends of a longitudinal conveyor belt includes at least two junction plates configured to each cover a separate side of the ends of the conveyor belt so that said conveyor belt is arranged between the two junction plates in an assembled operational position. The junction plates are secured together by attachment means arranged to pass through a junction plate, one of the ends of the conveyor belt and then the other junction plate, respectively. Each of the junction plates is made of a flexible, resilient material and provided with a reinforcement. The reinforcement is formed by at least one textile layer. The reinforcement is delimited longitudinally by transverse edges. The reinforcement extends transversely relative to said conveyor belt in the assembled position. The transverse edges each have an unweaving support to prevent the unweaving of the reinforcement during usage of the junction device.

POLYESTER FABRIC HOOK-AND-LOOP FASTENER AND MANUFACTURING METHOD FOR SAME

A polyester woven-fabric hook-and-loop fastener has a warp yarn thickness Tb which is 0.94 times or less of a warp yarn thickness Ts. A selvage area having a constant width is present on two opposite ends, continuously in a line form in the warp direction, without misalignment in the weft direction. As a result, when the polyester woven-fabric hook-and-loop fastener is sewn onto a garment or the like, a sewing thread sewn to the selvage area is in a straight line without meandering, and thus a sewn product excellent in appearance can be obtained.

DOUBLE-FACE ELASTIC FABRIC WITH HOOK-AND-LOOP PROPERTIES
20200275744 · 2020-09-03 ·

A double-face fabric having elastic properties in its warp direction and provided with hook-and-loop properties, formed by the weaving of warp yarns and of weft yarns. The warp yarns are of four different types worked in different weaves with respect to the weft yarns, respectively: elastic yarns (A) worked in a taffeta weave; core yarns (B), formed of synthetic yarns texturized by false twist on the face, worked in a plain weave alternating with surface floats and having a linear strand density in the range from 10 to 25 dtex; core yarns (C) on the back side, formed of multifilament synthetic yarns, having a linear strand density in the range from 0.3 to 1.7 dtex, worked in a rep weave, alternating floats of great length on the back side and short binding areas on the face side, binding yarns, exclusively formed of thermo-adhesive synthetic yarns, having a melting point in the range from 80 C. to 160 C., worked in a plain weave.
