Industrial Textile
An industrial textile has two layers, a web-side layer and a wear-side layer. The web-side layer has machine direction yarns (1) and binding cross-machine direction yarns (5). The wear-side layer has machine direction yarns (3) and cross-machine direction yarns (4). The binding cross-machine direction yarns (5) extend from the web-side layer to the wear-side layer and bind a portion of the wear-side layer machine direction yarns (3) to bond the web-side layer and the wear-side layer together, and wherein the web-side layer is a non-plain weave.

Inflatable structure
The present disclosure relates to an inflatable structure transformable between a deflated state and an inflated state, the inflatable structure comprising a drop stitch fabric having a first layer and a second layer tethered by drop stitches. At least one layer of the first and second layers comprises a ridge formed by a folded portion of the one layer, secured by a fixation line. The disclosure also relates to a manufacturing method of an inflatable structure in accordance with the foregoing, and an inflatable seat comprising such an inflatable structure.
Abrasion resistant fabric
The invention relates to a woven fabric comprising a weft yarn, an outer layer with warp yarn A and an inner outer layer with warp yarn B, wherein the weft yarn comprises a combination of individual yarns comprising UHMWPE yarns and individual natural yarns, the warp yarn A comprises at least 50 wt % of a natural fiber, and warp yarn B comprises a combination of individual UHMWPE yarns and individual natural yarns, and said outside and inside layer being at least partially interconnected by the weft yarn. The invention also relates to products comprising said woven fabric such as clothing, lining, sport apparel, and gloves.
Process for manufacturing a fibrous preform for reinforcement of parts made of composite material with a high local variation in thickness
A manufacturing process of a fibrous preform for a composite material includes creating a fibrous texture by three-dimensional or multilayer weaving between a plurality of weft layers and warp layers, the fibrous texture including an extra-thick portion having a sacrificial portion and a useful portion adjacent to the sacrificial portion in the warp direction, the sacrificial portion, placing the fibrous texture in a forming toolset, shaping the fibrous texture so as to obtain a fibrous preform having a sacrificial portion and an adjacent useful portion, removing the sacrificial portion from the fibrous preform. When weaving the fibrous blank, one or more expansion elements are inserted into the weft layers located at the core of the sacrificial portion of the fibrous texture. Each expansion element has a cross-section greater than the cross-section or count of the weft threads or strands present in the useful portion.
Body and Hair Towel
The present invention relates to a body and hair towel comprising a microfiber interior layer and a silk exterior layer. The novel towel is comprised of a plurality of double layered capsules, wherein each capsule has an interior layer of microfiber material and an exterior layer of silk material. The exterior silk layer on the capsules provides an extremely smooth texture to the towel, thereby making the towel comfortable and convenient to use by people having dry skin, skin conditions or the like, and may also be comfortably used on hair without affecting the health of hair and skin of the users.

SLIDING SEISMIC ISOLATION DEVICE
A sliding seismic isolation device includes a structure fixation plate having a first sliding surface and a metallic slider having a second sliding surface contacting the first sliding surface. A friction member composed of a single-layer fabric is attached to the first sliding surface, the second sliding surface, or both of the first sliding surface and the second sliding surface. One of a warp and a weft is formed of multiple plied yarns into which high-strength fibers and PTFE fibers are twisted together and the other of the warp and the weft is formed of multiple high-strength fibers in the single-layer fabric. The single-layer fabric has a twill weave and is woven such that the plied yarns of the one forming the single-layer fabric are exposed at a surface opposite from the attachment side of the friction member more than the high-strength fibers of the other forming the single-layer fabric.
INDUSTRIAL TWO-LAYER FABRIC
An industrial two-layered fabric includes a front side fabric with warps and wefts and a back side fabric with warps and wefts. The front and back side fabrics are bound by binding warps. A first pair of warps consists of the front side warp and back side warp. A second pair of warps consists of two binding warps. A mutually complementary structure presents where one of the two binding warps forms consecutive knuckles on the front surface while another one of the two binding warps does not emerge on the front surface side, and where the another one of the two binding warps forms consecutive knuckles on the front surface whereas the one of the two binding warps does not emerge on the front surface side. A back side warp and an adjacent binding warp form knuckles below a one back side weft and another one back side weft.
