PINECONE COLLECTING DEVICE
20170129098 · 2017-05-11 ·

A device configured to collect and dispel pinecones is provided. The device includes a handle, and a collecting head. The collecting head includes a plurality of prongs extending outwardly from an outer surface of the head. A sliding block having a plurality of holes configured to receive a corresponding prong is slidingly attached to the shaft. A biasing member having one end fixedly attached to the shaft and the other end attached to the sliding block continuously urges the sliding block against the head so as to allow the prongs to protrude through the respective holes. Accordingly, the device is configured to stick a plurality of pinecones wherein the sliding block may be pushed so as to displace the sliding block forward of the head pushing the pinecones off the prongs and into the receptacle.

Folding car shovel and associated use thereof
09622396 · 2017-04-18 ·

A multi-functional folding shovel for assisting a user to regain traction under vehicle wheels includes a bifurcated body having a centrally registered longitudinal axis extended along an entire length thereof. Such a bifurcated body includes a proximal end and a distal end opposed therefrom. A coupling is intermediately disposed between the proximal end and the distal end wherein the coupling has a fulcrum axis registered orthogonal to the centrally registered longitudinal axis. Advantageously, a refillable reservoir is extended from the proximal end and affixed to the coupling. In this manner refillable reservoir is adapted to receive and discharge an existing friction-inducing agent therefrom. An implement having an adjustable shape is affixed to the coupling and extended to the distal end wherein the implement is selectively articulated about the fulcrum axis relative to the refillable reservoir.

Snow removal apparatus

A snow removal apparatus may include a main body, an engaging base, a shaft and two brackets and be applied to different situations to achieve the effect of removing snow by pulling or pushing the shaft thereof such that a user has no need to repetitively shovel and lift snow to a trolley thus saving time and labors. Also, the snow removal apparatus can remove larger amounts of snow to a great distance without the trolley thus improving applicability. Moreover, since the snow removal apparatus has multi-function, the user can only buy one tool to achieve the effect of removing snow which lowers the cost and is easier for storage.

Puncturevine burr picker
09565799 · 2017-02-14 ·

A device usable for picking up puncturevine burrs comprises a cylindrical roller member, a scraper, a catch, a support member, and a handle member. The cylindrical roller member has a rotational axis and has an outside surface layer made of a resilient material such that the burrs will readily stick into the material. The scraper scrapes the surface of the roller member when the roller member rotates about its rotational axis. The support member holds the scraper and catch so that the scraper scrapes over the surface of the roller member during rotation. In operation, a user pushes the device over the area of the ground with burrs. Under the weight of the device itself, the burrs are picked up by the roller member and are scraped off of the roller member by the scraper, and are retained by the catch. Burrs that collect in the catch are disposed of.

Portable tool with adjustable gripping assembly
12349624 · 2025-07-08 · ·

A portable tool having an upright starting orientation in which the portable tool has a top and bottom, a front and rear, and laterally spaced sides. The portable tool has an elongate frame and is configured to be held with the user engaging: a) a first back region of the portable tool with one of the user's hands; and b) a second region of the portable tool forward of the first back region with the user's other hand to thereby allow the user to elevate and reposition the portable tool. A drive operates a working unit on the frame. The first back region and second region are spaced along a front-to-rear first line. A gripping assembly at the second region of the portable tool has an elongate gripping length extending in a second line. A first vertical plane parallel to the first line is non-orthogonal to a second vertical plane parallel to the second line. The elongate gripping length can be moved selectively forwardly and rearwardly relative to the frame.

Hay Bale Lift Assisting Device

A hay bale lift assisting device includes a panel including a central section and a skirt. A rigid base frame is extendable through channels on the panel. A peripheral edge of the skirt has a plurality of corner sections. Each of the corner sections is concavely arcuate such that the skirt includes a plurality of projecting sections between adjacently positioned pairs of the corner sections of the peripheral edge of the skirt. Each of a plurality of loops is coupled to the skirt. Each loop is positioned at an associated end of an associated one of the corner sections. Opposed ends of each of a pair of straps are couplable to a selectable one of the loops such that the straps secure the panel to a hay bale extending over the hay bale. The pair of straps can be grasped to facilitate lifting of the hay bale.

A protective shield comprising of a section of sheet metal with a fixed carrying handle attached and stabilizer rod that penetrates the ground surface enabling the shield to stand freely without falling over. The shield provides a protective barrier between weed cutting trimmers and multiple surfaces, thereby preventing engagement of rotating nylon string or fixed blade trimmers from making contact with multiple lawn fixture surfaces such as vinyl, wood, and chain link fencing, siding, astro turf, wood posts, or any other potentially affected lawn fixture surfaces that would otherwise be damaged, stained, or soiled by direct contact with string or fixed blade trimmers.
