High temperature resistant weft knit textile sleeve and method of construction thereof
A high temperature resistant textile sleeve and method of construction thereof is provided. The textile sleeve has a flexible, tubular knit wall of thermoplastic yarns. The yarns are tightly knit with weft knit stitches extending along a circumferential direction about the tubular knit wall to provide a substantially smooth inner surface and a substantially smooth outer surface. The yarns are knit in a tricot stitch pattern, wherein the tricot knit stitches extend along a circumferentially direction of the sleeve wall.
DIFFERENTIALLY KNITTED FIRE BARRIER FABRICS, AND MATTRESSES, MATTRESS FOUNDATIONS, AND UPHOLSTERED FURNITURE ARTICLES EMPLOYING SAME
Knitted fire barrier fabrics for use in forming a flame retardant article having a core include, for example, a plurality of flame-retardant yarns formed non-uniformly around a circumference of a knitting textile cylinder in a knitting process so as to define the knitted fire barrier fabric having at least one differential zone of material in a longitudinal direction of the knitting textile cylinder, and wherein the knitted fire barrier fabric being disposable on the core so that the at least one differential zone of material of the knitted fire barrier fabric providing a differential protective capacity to at least one selected portion of the flame retardant article.

Circular knitting machine with real-time prompt of knitting machine status
A circular knitting machine with real-time prompt of a knitting machine status. The circular knitting machine includes a base, a cloth rolling machine that rotates relative to the base during knitting operation process, a main camera module fixed on the base, and an auxiliary camera module fixed on the base and disposed close to the main camera module. The main camera module includes a first central axis, and the main camera module takes pictures of a tubular fabric knitted by the circular knitting machine. The auxiliary camera module includes a second central axis intersecting with the first central axis. The auxiliary camera module and the main camera module face a same side of the tubular fabric. A startup timing of the auxiliary camera module only occurs when one of the plurality of connecting rods passes between the main camera module and the tubular fabric.
