SEWING DEVICE
A straight guide rail extending in an X direction is provided in a sewing platform portion for installing in a fixed state a pallet holding an object to be sewn, and first and second sewing machines are provided at left and right sides of the straight guide rail as viewed in the X direction. The first and second sewing machines are both provided with a movement support platform which allow the straight guide rail to reciprocate in the X direction, and the movement support platform is provided with a sewing machine body which is capable of reciprocating in a Y direction. The first and second sewing machines are program controlled in such a manner that any one thereof is capable of moving from one side of the straight guide rail toward the other side beyond a middle section thereof during the sewing operation of the first and second sewing machines.

MODULARIZED GARMENT MANUFACTURING METHOD FOR SMALL QUANTITY BATCH PRODUCTION OF GARMENTS AND MODULARIZED GARMENT MANUFACTURING SYSTEM
Disclosed are modularized garment manufacturing method and system for small quantity batch production of garments. Basic components constituting an ordered garment are generated by analyzing shape graphic data of the ordered garment. For each basic component, basic patterns are generated for each dimension of the ordered garment. The basic patterns are compared with reference garment patterns stored in a garment pattern database to determine a pattern category of each basic pattern. Based on the pattern category of the basic patterns and information on garment production lines currently in operation, subdivided work modules are determined for each basic pattern. A configuration of modular sewing process lines, which include module processing lines for manufacturing the working modules and component-joining process lines for completing production of the ordered garment by joining the basic pattern products produced in each module processing line, is designed based on operation information of a garment production line.
SEWING MANAGEMENT SYSTEM AND SEWING MANAGEMENT METHOD
A sewing management system includes a sewing device that transmits a production management information including an identification information of an operator and an operation information of a device main body; and a management device that manages the production management information by a process unit of a product sewn in a sewing line or a component forming the product.
Sewing management system and sewing management method
The sewing management system includes a sewing machine that performs sewing on a sewing line, a management server that manages various information on the sewing line, and a wearable terminal that detects physical condition management information of an operator on the sewing line. The sewing machine transmits production management information, including identification information of the operator who perform sewing operations on the sewing line and operation information of the main unit of the device, to the management server. The management server estimates a sewing skill of the operator based on the production management information and estimates the production capacity of the operator based on the physical condition management information.
SEWING SYSTEM
A sewing system includes an item information acquisition unit that acquires item information including material information indicating information on materials including fabric to be sewn and thread used for sewing, and a sewing information generation unit that generates sewing information based on the item information. The sewing information includes operating conditions of a sewing machine that performs sewing.
PARALLEL MANUFACTURING SYSTEMS AND METHODS
The invention provides methods, equipment and apparatuses for a highly flexible assembly system. The system may include at least one item of mobile equipment, at least one mobile container and at least one manufacturing management system (MMS). Because it is so flexible, the system may allow for efficient simultaneous processing of multiple dissimilar products. The system may also accommodate manufacturing processes requiring hybrid methods.
SPRING BED MESH SEWING DEVICE AND SPRING BED MESH SEWING METHOD
A spring bed mesh sewing device includes a feeding assembly, sewing assemblies, and cloth pressing assemblies. The feeding assembly can lay spring strings in the transverse direction. Each of the spring strings to be sewn in even rows is sewn on a respective previous spring string through the first sewing positions, each of the spring strings to be sewn in odd rows is sewn on a respective previous spring string through the second sewing positions. The sewing assemblies are arranged at intervals in the transverse direction and are movable in the vertical direction. Each sewing assembly includes a sewing head and a base with a sewing channel extending in the vertical direction. The sewing head can sew two adjacent rows of spring strings along the sewing channel. The cloth pressing assemblies are arranged at intervals in the transverse direction and correspond to the sewing assemblies in the longitudinal direction.
