Batting Bin
A long arm quilting machine with a batting bin has been developed. The batting bin includes an elongated partially enclosed trough that attaches to the quilting machine and extends, in length, more than 50% of a longest dimension of the quilting machine. The batting bin includes one or more support members to support a position of the trough in relation to the quilting machine. The trough has an open upper portion which allows batting material to be dispensed upward into the quilting machine. The trough has an enclosed lower portion such that batting material within the trough is kept from touching a floor the quilting machine is positioned over.

Anti-pucker apparatus
An anti-puckering apparatus for forming, on a work piece, a line of stitching substantially free from puckering is disclosed. The apparatus includes a removable base which is added to a sewing machine bed surface proximate to a needle and a stitch formation zone. The apparatus also includes a carrier mounted on, and moveable relative to, the base and an endless row of flexible filamentary elements carried by the carrier. The carrier progressively moves subsets of filamentary elements into and out of a stitch formation zone during the formation of a line of stitching. The filamentary elements are presented across a stitch formation zone in advance of an intended line of stitching at an oblique angle relative to a sewing machine bed surface.

SEWING MACHINE AND STORAGE MEDIUM STORING PROGRAM FOR SEWING MACHINE THAT PERFORMS CIRCULAR STITCHING
A circular stitching device is attachable to a bed of a sewing machine. The circular stitching device is configured to anchor a sewing workpiece in a rotatable manner at an anchor position that is apart from a needle drop position of a sewing needle by a distance corresponding to a size of a circular stitching pattern to be formed on the sewing workpiece. A projector is configured to project a projection image toward the bed. A controller is configured to perform controlling the projector to project the projection image representing at least part of the circular stitching pattern of the size to be formed on the sewing workpiece. The circular stitching pattern is formed by continuously arranging a unit pattern in a circular shape.

Flip-over assembly for automatic hat-making production line equipment
A flip-over assembly for automatic hat-making production line equipment includes an installation seat, a flip-over component, two groups of driving components, a translation component, and an angle adjustment component. The flip-over component is correspondingly installed at a top end of the installation seat. The two groups of driving components are matchingly installed on both side walls of the installation seat. Output ends of the driving components are in a transmission connection with the flip-over component. The angle adjustment component is installed on a lower surface of the installation seat. The translation component is matchingly installed on a lower surface of the angle adjustment component. The flip-over assembly can collect cloth using a left side plate and a right side plate, and can clamp and open the cloth and perform double-needle sewing on the cloth and subsequent cloth opening, which can be controlled by the operator.

Computer-controlled sewing machine positioning system integrated with processing device, and positioning method thereof
A computer-controlled sewing machine positioning system integrated with a processing device (50), and positioning method thereof, fixedly disposing at least one processing device (50) at one side of the sewing head (41) of a computer-controlled sewing machine (40); movement of the processing device (50) is controlled by a processing program of the computer-controlled sewing machine (40); a relative distance is provided between the processing head (51) of the processing device (50) and the sewing head (41) to give the movement range of a conveying mechanism (20) to extend to covered positions below the sewing head (41) and the processing head (51), such that a fixing mechanism (30) is moved and feeds below the sewing head (41) and the processing head (51); and presetting a positioning distance between two positioning parts (33, 34) of the fixing mechanism (30) and the relative distances in the processing program, thus automatically determining the feed distance of the fixing mechanism (30) between the sewing head (41) and the processing head (51), improving sewing and processing precision and production efficiency, and reducing the size and cost of the device.
HEART VALVE MANUFACTURING DEVICES AND METHODS
Methods for manufacturing or sewing a prosthetic heart valve and associated systems can include an assistance system that includes an automated fixture that can comprise an articulation arm and a target device holder. The automated fixture can be configured to rotate a target device held by the holder. The assistance system can include a camera system configured to generate an enlarged image of the target device, and a display configured to display the enlarged image. The display can also display information to aid an operator in performing a procedure, for example, instructions, reference images, or a visual indicator to indicate a target position on the target device for performing a step of the procedure.
