Thread standing device and sewing machine
Provided with a thread standing device capable holding a thread with excellent workability and a sewing machine provided with the thread standing device. A thread standing device includes: a spool pin around which a thread reel is inserted; a thread hooking base on which a thread wound around the thread reels is hooked; and a thread holding slider which is slidable with respect to the thread hooking base, the thread holding slider being movable between a first position for covering a thread hooking portion of the thread hooking base and a second position for exposing the thread hooking portion, the thread being hooked on the thread hooking portion, wherein the thread hooked on the thread hooking portion is held when the thread holding slider is slid to the first position.
SCISSORS COMPRISING A SLIT
Scissors comprising a slit are disclosed. The scissors may be used to cut or tear thread. In one embodiment, for example, the scissors comprise a first blade having an outer edge and a cutting edge, a second blade having a static edge positioned to engage the cutting edge of the first blade, and a slit in the first blade. The slit in the first blade extends toward a tip of the first blade and through a portion of the width of the first blade without extending therethrough. In operation, the scissors can be used to release a material from a machine by cutting thread attaching the material to the machine.

Scissors comprising a slit are disclosed. The scissors may be used to cut or tear thread. In one embodiment, for example, the scissors comprise a first blade having an outer edge and a cutting edge, a second blade having a static edge positioned to engage the cutting edge of the first blade, and a slit in the first blade. The slit in the first blade extends toward a tip of the first blade and through a portion of the width of the first blade without extending therethrough. In operation, the scissors can be used to release a material from a machine by cutting thread attaching the material to the machine.
Chain-off thread cutter
A chain-off thread cutter for cutting a chain-off thread formed by a sewing machine. The chain-off thread cutter including: a fixed blade; a movable blade that moves toward and away from the fixed blade; a driving unit that drives the movable blade to move the movable blade; a foreign matter detector that detects foreign matter present in a track of the movable blade; and a control unit that stops the driving unit when the foreign matter is detected by the foreign matter detector.
Chain-off thread cutter
A chain-off thread cutter for cutting a chain-off thread formed by a sewing machine. The chain-off thread cutter including: a fixed blade; a movable blade that moves toward and away from the fixed blade; a driving unit that drives the movable blade to move the movable blade; a foreign matter detector that detects foreign matter present in a track of the movable blade; and a control unit that stops the driving unit when the foreign matter is detected by the foreign matter detector.
THREAD-CUTTING MECHANISM OF AN EMBROIDERY MACHINE AND TUBE EMBROIDERY MACHINE APPLYING THE SAME
A thread-cutting mechanism of an embroidery machine, and a tube embroidery machine applying the same are provided. A movable knife frame provided at a periphery of a rotary shuttle can drive a movable knife to rotate around the rotary shuttle and coordinate with a stationary knife to cut a thread. The movable knife frame is rotatably provided at a periphery or one side of a driving shaft of the rotary shuttle. The movable knife frame is rotatably mounted on a needle plate seat, or on an embroidery machine body, at a corresponding location for cooperation with the rotary shuttle. The stationary knife is mounted on the needle plate seat, or on the embroidery machine body, at a corresponding location for cooperation with the rotary shuttle. This substantially reduces the space occupied by the movable knife. The thread-cutting mechanism is more compact, simple, compatible, and easy to use.
