MULTIFUNCTIONAL CONTINUOUS DYEING APPARATUS OF WARP CHAINS FOR FABRICS
A multifunctional continuous dyeing apparatus provided at a bottom with a main body within which are formed in a sequence, with reference to the feeding direction of the yarn, at least a first dyeing group for the yarn, provided with a respective first squeezing device of the yarn, an oxidation or diffusion/fixation group, placed downstream of the first dyeing group and arranged for the oxidation of the dyed yarn or for the diffusion/fixation of the dye in the fiber of the dyed yarn, and at least a second dyeing group of the yarn, arranged downstream of the oxidation or diffusion/fixation group and in turn provided with a respective second squeezing device of the yarn, where at least the first dyeing group, the first squeezing device, the oxidation or diffusion/fixation group and the second dyeing group are hermetically sealing enclosed by at least one covering case, integral at the top with the main body, and provided with a plurality of doors which are at least partially openable to perform the dyeing of the yarn in an environment exposed to air and which are reclosable to perform the dyeing of the yarn in an inert environment under nitrogen.
Unidirectional wicking substrate
The present invention provides a substrate having a unidirectional water transport property, the substrate comprised of a fluid permeable structure and including: an inner side surface; and an outer side surface having a higher absorbent capacity than the inner side surface, wherein the inner side surface has a hydrophobic surface layer extending continuously over at least one section thereof, the hydrophobic surface layer having a predetermined thickness which, in use, produces a substantial hydrophobic property to contacting water, whilst allowing for water contacting the inner side surface of the substrate to wick through the hydrophobic surface layer into the substrate; and wherein the substrate is respectively comprised of hydrophobic channels and hydrophilic channels which respectively extend between the inner side surface and the outer side surface.

METHOD OF PRODUCING A PROCESSED MATERIAL
To provide a method of producing a processed cloth capable of forming various concave-convex patterns on a cloth material in a simple manner. A method of producing a processed cloth comprising the steps of: preparing a cloth; printing a first sizing agent containing a foaming agent on at least a portion of the cloth material; and pressing the printed cloth with a heated metal plate to foam the foaming agent. The method of producing a processed cloth may further include a step of printing a second sizing agent containing a coloring agent on the cloth material. The method of producing the processed cloth may further include a step of sublimation transfer to the cloth material.
Dye exhaustion and dryer apparatus
An apparatus for dye application to textile manufactures, exhaustion of the applied dye, and drying of the textile manufacture. The apparatus, in some implementations, includes a dye applicator that applies dye evenly to a textile manufacture of varying length, one or more microwave elements for heating the textile manufacture with applied dye to exhaust the dye, and a blower system to dry the textile manufacture after application of the applied dye.
Supercritical fluid rolled or spooled material finishing
Methods are directed to the use of a supercritical fluid for performing a dyeing of a material such that dye from a first material is used to dye a second material. A supercritical fluid is passed through a first material in a pressurized vessel. The supercritical fluid transports the dye from the first material to at least a second material causing a dye profile of the second material to change as a result of dye from the first material perfusing the second material.

Method and unit for thermosetting printed fabrics
A method for thermosetting printed fabrics, comprising: providing a heated roller rotatable about a rotation axis and having a cylindrical outer surface, advancing a printed fabric in contact with the cylindrical outer surface of the heated roller, wherein the heated roller is rotated with a peripheral speed different from the speed of the fabric.
DYE FIXING SECTION FOR AN INDIGO DYEING MACHINE
A dye fixing section in a foam indigo dyeing machine for dyeing traveling sheets of textile yarn. The dye fixing section receives traveling sheets of yarn to which indigo dye in leuco form has been applied and penetrated partially through the yarn. Oxygen is applied to the substrate to set the dye at the level of penetration achieved as it enters the dye fixing section, to produce yarns in the sheet with outer dyed rings and undyed cores.
PROCESS AND APPARATUS FOR PRODUCTION OF YARN HAVING LONGITUDINALLY VARIABLE DYE UPTAKE
Apparatuses and processes for producing yarn having longitudinally variable dye uptake and well as yarns having longitudinally variable dye uptake and articles prepared from these yarns are provided.
