BRIEFS FOR MALE WEARERS AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING SAME
A method for manufacturing a brief for a male wearer includes using a stretchable fabric defining a first leg portion, a second leg portion, and a crotch portion. The method includes placing the stretchable fabric into a die assembly such that the crotch portion sits between a core and a cavity. The method includes mating the core with the cavity to cause the core to push a section of the crotch portion into the cavity such that the section is stretched to a stretched state. The section includes a synthetic compound. The method includes applying heat and pressure at the section to cause a volume of the synthetic compound to melt. Further, the method includes cooling the section such that a melted volume of the synthetic compound is infused or incorporated into a remainder of the section and solidified therewithin.
Method for manufacturing a composite preform for the manufacture of a composite panel with double curvature geometry
A method for manufacturing a preform for producing a part made of composite material with an unchangeable final shape includes supplying a triaxial non-woven textile comprising a layer of fibers orientated in a first direction, a layer of fibers orientated in a second direction, a layer of fibers orientated in a third direction, and seams extending parallel to each other and forming sheaths for the circumferential fibers, arranging the textile on an element of unchangeable shape by placing the seams parallel to the circumferential direction of the element, and sliding the circumferential fibers into the sheaths so that the textile is in continuous contact with the element.

Cloth Spreading Device
To provide a cloth spreading device capable of operating stably. The cloth spreading device includes: introduction chucks 21, 21 in a pair that grip corner portions of a cloth C; an up and down moving device 23 that moves the introduction chucks 21, 21 in a pair up and down; extension chucks 31, 31 in a pair that receive the cloth C from the introduction chucks 21, 21 in a pair and grip corner portions of the cloth C; and a transversely moving device 34 that moves the extension chucks 31, 31 in a pair transversely. The up and down moving device 23 is driven by an actuator permitting speed control and position control. Thus, an external factor does not cause large change in the operation of the up and down moving device 23 to achieve stable upward and downward moving operations of the introduction chucks 21, 21. The introduction chucks 21, 21 can be moved and stopped at will. This eliminates the need for a position sensor to achieve reduction in facility cost.
Method for manufacturing a reinforced fabric for sustitution of vinyl
Provided are a reinforced fabric for substitution of vinyl and its manufacturing method which comprises a process (s1)) in which a HDPE and a UV reinforcing agent are mixed and liquefied and processed into a film; a thread manufacture process (s2); an elongation-cooling process (s3); a weaving process (s4); an original tissue recovery process; a LDPE-UV mixing liquid coating process; and a cutting or linking process (s7). The reinforced fabric for substitution of vinyl manufactured through the above described processes has an enhanced resistance with respect to durability and temperature and moisture, so the service life can be prolonged.

METHOD AND DEVICE FOR SPREADING A LAUNDRY ITEM
For the purpose of delivering a laundry item (10) to an ironer, the laundry item (10) is spread, by opposite corners of a lateral edge (20), by means of spreader clips (18, 19). In this case, deformations, or ear formation may occur at the corner regions (12, 13) of the laundry item (10) that are gripped by the spreader clips (18, 19). This ear formation is mostly irreversible, and in the long term results in damage to the laundry items (10). The invention creates a method and a device by which the laundry item (10) is delivered to an ironer in a gentle manner. For this purpose, at least one corner region (12, 13) of the laundry item (10) that is gripped by a spreader clip (18, 19) is captured by an imaging means as the laundry item (10) is being spread.
