Preparation method of chitin-modified polypropylene spunbond non-woven fabric
A chitin-modified polypropylene spunbond non-woven fabric and a preparation method of the chitin-modified polypropylene spunbond non-woven fabric are provided. The chitin-modified polypropylene spunbond non-woven fabric contains a modified chitin in a weight percentage range of approximately 0.2%-1.5%. The modified chitin includes chitin modified by a modifier including 2-hydroxybenzimidazole, cellulose acetate butyrate, and adipic acid dihydrazide. The chitin-modified polypropylene spunbond non-woven fabric has an anti-mold grade less than 1, and an antibacterial rate greater than 9.5%.
Heating System for Sublimation Printing
Disclosed herein is a method of sublimation printing, a heating system for sublimation printing and a printing device. The method of sublimation printing comprises generating an air flow through a print medium on which a printing substance is deposited and heating the air flow to a temperature at or above a sublimation temperature of the printing substance.
METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR TREATING A TEXTILE FABRIC
A method and an apparatus for desizing and/or shrinking a textile fabric, the textile fabric having a length and a width, the method including moving, lengthwise, the fabric, and wetting the fabric within a first pool of liquid, the first pool of liquid including water; passing the fabric through a chamber, and in the chamber contacting the fabric with at least one heatable roller heated at a treatment temperature; soaking the fabric with a main pool of liquid, the main pool of liquid including water; and treating the fabric with ozone. The apparatus includes a first module for wetting the fabric, a second module with a heatable roller for heating the fabric, a third module for soaking the fabric, and fourth module for treating the fabric with ozone. The second module may optionally be integrated with the first module.
Process for producing polyvinyl alcohol articles
The present invention provides a process for modifying the surface of a polyvinyl alcohol film or fabric by applying heat and pressure to the film or fabric to increase the moisture on the surface which is held by the fabric and to coalesce the surface fibers and reduce the porosity of the surface.

Knitted textile and method of forming
A knitted textile having a first layer including a first yarn with a thermoplastic composition integrally formed with a second layer including a second yarn, the first yarn forming an array of knitted patterns defining voids through the first layer to the second layer. The first layer may be heat treated to form a film. Treatment of the first layer may change zonal and directional tensile properties of the knitted textile. The Poisson's ratio of the knitted textile may be greater than or equal to zero in a first axis and/or a second axis, before and/or after treatment. Articles of apparel, including articles of footwear and garments incorporating the knitted textile, and methods of forming the knitted textiles and articles are disclosed.

Method and apparatus for relofting a nonwoven substrate
Aspects of the present disclosure relate to methods and apparatuses for relofting nonwoven substrates. During the relofting process, a substrate is directed to advance in a first direction such that a length of the substrate is in a facing relationship with a radiation source. The advancing substrate is relofted by irradiating the length of the substrate with infrared radiation from the infrared radiation source. The substrate comprises a first caliper upstream of the radiation source and the substrate comprises a second caliper downstream of the radiation source greater than the first caliper. The substrate may also be redirected around an axis to advance the substrate in a second direction, wherein the second direction is different than the first direction. The axis may be selectively movable between a first position and a second position to selectively subject the substrate to infrared radiation and remove the substrate from the infrared radiation.
Pressurized reduction of CNT resistivity
A method for reducing the resistivity of a carbon nanotube nonwoven sheet includes providing a carbon nanotube nonwoven sheet comprising a plurality of carbon nanotubes and applying pressure to the carbon nanotube nonwoven sheet to reduce air voids between carbon nanotubes within the carbon nanotube nonwoven sheet.
