METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING ABSORBENT BODY, DEVICE FOR MANUFACTURING ABSORBENT BODY, AND ABSORBENT BODY
The liquid permeability and liquid diffusion of absorbent body is enhanced. (i) A belt-like main sheet formed of a non-woven fabric sheet constituting at least part of a first main surface is conveyed in a longitudinal direction of the main sheet; (ii) a slit is formed in the non-woven fabric sheet at a first position on a conveying path; (iii) at a second position, particulate matter absorbing and retaining liquid is dispersed into the first main surface, in such a way that the particulate matter is held in the non-woven fabric sheet; and (iv) at a third position, a covering sheet which prevents passage of the particulate matter is overlaid on the first main surface. At the second position, the non-woven fabric sheet includes a bulky structure which constitutes at least part of the first main surface and which has voids allowing the particulate matter to enter.
SYNTHETIC LEATHER
Provided is synthetic leather with wrinkling and springiness similar to those of natural leather. The synthetic leather has a grain pattern and is obtained by laminating a polyurethane resin layer on a fibrous substrate. A stiffness of the front surface of the synthetic leather is 65 to 95 mm and a stiffness of a rear surface of the synthetic leather is 55 to 85 mm.

ANTI-PILLING CLOTH AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING SAME
Provided are: a cloth including thermoplastic synthetic staple fibers, especially a woven or knitted fabric in which occurrence of pilling is suppressed and a reduction of the strength or deterioration of the texture of the cloth is suppressed; and a method for manufacturing the cloth. An anti-pilling cloth including thermoplastic synthetic staple fibers, wherein the anti-pilling cloth is characterized by having, on the surface of at least one side of the cloth, melt balls at ends of the staple fibers and polishing traces of melt balls at fluff tip ends of the staple fibers; and a method for manufacturing the anti-pilling cloth.
DUAL-SIDED INTEGRATED SHERPA FABRIC AND ITS MANUFACTURING PROCESS
The present invention discloses a dual-sided integrated sherpa fabric and its manufacturing process, the dual-sided integrated sherpa fabric comprises a single jersey part and a sherpa part, wherein raw materials of the single jersey part are a combination of 100% polyester, 100% cotton, polyester-cotton blended yarn, viscose, viscose-polyester blended yarn and chinlon, while the raw material of the sherpa part is 100% polyester; the present invention utilizes a new process for manufacturing, which eliminates the need of glue during the production of fabrics by personnel, reduces environmental pollution, and improve health of consumers; moreover, because the fabric is integrally formed, the softness of the fabric is prevented from being decreased due to excessive addition of glue, so that the softness of the fabric can be improved by 50% and the elasticity of the fabric can be improved by 70%, the service life of the fabric is prolonged, and the manufacturing process is simple, which reduces the labor cost of enterprises, reduces the labor amount of personnel and increases the economic effect of enterprises.

Skin care fabric
A skin care fabric for medical, pharmaceutical or cosmetic use includes at least 80% by weight of microfibers that are a mixture of polyamide and polyester and have a diameter of less than 50 microns. Each microfiber is split to produce fine fibers closely packed in a parallel structure having a capillary effect and an abrasive effect. The fabric has a surface weight of less than 180 g/m.sup.2 and is loaded with medical, pharmaceutical or cosmetic active agents. The skin care fabric includes a warp-knitted fabric having a first surface and a second surface opposite the first surface, which is mechanically roughened and cut to become fluffy and yet short-haired and compact and resulting in a further surface enlargement of the fabric structure and a water absorbency of at least four times the surface weight of the fabric.
