Apparel Modeling in a Virtual Storefront
A system allows a user to create new designs for apparel and preview these designs before manufacture. Software and lasers are used in finishing apparel to produce a desired wear pattern or other design. The system provides feedback to the user on how their designs may appear in a virtual storefront, such as through virtual reality or augment reality techniques.
Sublimation over print
Aspects are directed to printing a garment and include a method having steps of providing a fabric panel containing polyester, applying an ink layer to a first area of the fabric panel, curing the ink layer, and applying a sublimation dye to the first area and a different second area of the fabric panel. Application of the sublimation dye causes the first area and the second area to have different color saturations. Other aspects include a garment with a fabric panel containing polyester that has a first surface with a first area and a different second area. The garment also includes an ink layer on the first surface and located at the first area and a sublimation dye absorbed by a portion of the fabric panel at the second area and on a surface of the ink layer at the first area.
Method of weaving camouflage fabric of three-ply jacquard texture using jacquard loom
Disclosed is a camouflage fabric which simplifies a preparation process of warps and wefts so as to assure convenience in warp and weft preparation and acquires combinations of various patterns and colors using a three-ply fabric structure so as to satisfy aesthetics, i.e., one of functions of clothing, and to have an excellent camouflaging effect. Dyed yarns of a dark color and dyed yarns of a light color are alternately arranged as the warps, dyed yarns of three colors differing from the colors of the warps are used as the wefts, the warps and the wefts are woven into the camouflage fabric of a three-ply jacquard texture using a jacquard loom and, thus, the camouflage fabric may have combinations of various patterns and colors.

Method for manufacturing fabric with high-efficiency and high-precision flat screen and digital printed patterns with energy saving and emission-reduction effect
A method for manufacturing fabric with flat screen and digital printed patterns includes: singeing, pretreatment, flat screen scraping sizing, drying, pattern printing, humidification, steaming treatment, washing, and non-ironing and soft setting. The pretreatment is a biological enzyme pretreatment process including: cloth feeding at 75 C., dipping, scouring and bleaching in a working fluid, heating to 90 C. for treatment of 30 minutes, draining, hot water washing and cold water washing. A shortened process flow can be realized, and the positioned sizing that uses a flat screen to scrape a sizing agent to a pattern position to be digital spray-printed on instead of traditional full-width sizing for sizing and printing, which greatly reduces the amount of sizing agent used, lowers production cost and reduces waste water pollution, and solves problem that the fabric is mottled caused by the application of sizing agent in areas without printed pattern due to full-width sizing.
Heat Press
A heat press including a body, a heat plate, a handle, a cover, a control compartment and an insulation portion. The body includes a first end and a second end. The heat plate is located proximate the first end of the body and is configured to engage ironable materials. The handle is located proximate the second end of the body and is configured to withstand forces from a user. The cover covers a portion of the body and the handle. The control compartment includes an electrical circuit, controls and a display. The control compartment is spaced away from and is at least indirectly electrically coupled to the heat plate. The insulation portion is positioned between the control compartment and the heat plate. The insulation portion includes a first layer of insulating material.

Preview Tool for Apparel Design with Bounded Placement of Design Elements
A system allows a user to create new designs for apparel and preview these designs before manufacture. Software and lasers are used in finishing apparel to produce a desired wear pattern or other design. As the user designs apparel, the system provides feedback as to what designs can be used, such as avoiding technical constraints with their designs.

Apparel Design Tool with 3D Preview
A system allows a user to create new designs for apparel and preview these designs before manufacture. Software and lasers are used in finishing apparel to produce a desired wear pattern or other design. The user's preview may be based upon a two-dimensional image of a wear pattern in a laser input file and, from a set of two-dimensional images of a base garment, create a three-dimensional view of the base garment with the wear pattern.
