Hand-held laundry treating apparatus
A hand-held laundry treating apparatus includes a portable body formed in the shape of a bar having a predetermined length for washing a localized portion of a laundry item placed on a vertical plane or a horizontal plane while being in contact with the laundry item, and a water tank mounted at a middle part of the portable body at an angle to the portable body for supplying wash water to the portable body and, at the same time, for collecting and storing contaminated water generated from the localized portion of the laundry item according to a use state of the portable body when washing the localized portion of the laundry item placed on the vertical plane or the horizontal plane.
Hand-held laundry treating apparatus
A hand-held laundry treating apparatus includes a portable body for storing wash water and contaminated water, supplying wash water according to positive pressure air supplied into the portable body, collecting contaminated water generated during washing of a laundry item using negative pressure air created during generation of the positive pressure air, and washing a localized portion of the laundry item while being in contact with the laundry item placed on a vertical plane or a horizontal plane, and a water tank separately mounted at the portable body for storing wash water to be supplied when washing the localized portion of the laundry item placed on the vertical plane or the horizontal plane and contaminated water generated after washing of the laundry item.
Portable plunger-wash bag apparatus and method of use to clean laundry
A plunger-wash bag apparatus that has two components, a wash bag for receiving the dirty laundry, water and detergent and a plunger having a plunger cup configured to move up and down within the wash bag to agitate and wash laundry therein. The high level of agitation of the laundry up and down and along the interior of the wash bag effectively scrubs and cleans the laundry. Dirty laundry may be inserted into the interior of the wash bag along with water and detergent, and the valve cap may be placed over the valve opening to seal the valve. The plunger cup may then be inserted through the upper opening of the wash bag and moved up and down. The plunger may include jet apertures that cause the liquid within the wash bag to rush or jet therethrough and thereby more effectively wash the clothes therein.
Flexible and Waterproof Laundry Device Having a Frictional Washing Surface
The present invention relates to a laundry device including: i) a flexible waterproof housing for housing a textile item, water and cleaning material; ii) an opening in the housing for inserting or removing the textile item; and iii) a seal for sealing the opening; wherein an inner surface of the housing includes a frictional washing surface against which the textile item is rubbed to effect cleaning by gripping or pressing on an outer surface of the housing to press and rub the textile item against the frictional washing surface.
Method of creating a frictional washing surface
The present invention relates to a method of concurrently creating a frictional washing surface and joining the frictional washing surface to the surface of a housing material for a sealable waterproof bag for washing one or more textile items, the method including: i) applying a quantity of a polymer to the surface of the housing material for the sealable bag; ii) positioning a tool on the quantity of the polymer, the tool including a void region containing depressions and/or projections complementary to the shape of the frictional washing surface; and iii) applying heat and/or a current and/or a frequency to the tool to soften the polymer and allow it to form the shape of the frictional washing surface and concurrently join the frictional washing surface to the housing material for the sealable bag.

STAIN REMOVING DEVICE AND METHOD THEREFOR
A stain removing device cleans a stained area of fabric while encapsulating the stained area to prevent the remainder of the fabric from getting wet. The stain removing device provides effective cleaning while also being low cost and portable. The stain removing device may be used where fabric cleaning facilities or equipment are not available, and does not require electrical power. The stain removing device includes an enclosure and cover for encapsulating a stained area of fabric, and contains cleaning elements therein which may be propelled manually or by water flow from a tap, faucet or other water source.
