INTEGRATED LAUNDRY PROCESSING APPARATUS AND CONTROL METHOD THEREOF
The present disclosure relates to an integrated laundry treatment apparatus, in which a washing machine module and a drying machine module are integrally installed in a common cabinet, and a single drying module is provided to produce dry hot air, such that a size of a product may be reduced, a dried state of laundry being dried in a washing drum and a drying drum is detected in real time while drying processes are simultaneously performed in the washing drum and the drying drum by the common drying module, and the amount of supplied dry hot air and the amount of recovered dry hot air are differently controlled, such that an overall drying process time may be reduced and electric power consumption may be minimized, and the drying processes performed in the drying process and the drying machine of the washing machine are simultaneously completed, such that convenience for a user may be improved, and a method of controlling the same.

FLUID DELIVERY SYSTEM FOR A FRONT-LOAD WASHING APPLIANCE FOR DELIVERING FLUID TO LIFTERS OF THE DRUM
A front-load laundry appliance includes a drum that is rotationally operable within a tub about a generally horizontal rotational axis. A plurality of lifters are coupled to an interior surface of the drum. A fluid delivery path is at least partially defined within the drum and the plurality of lifters. A fluid delivery system delivers fluid into the fluid delivery path in a direction parallel to the generally horizontal rotational axis.
FOREIGN PARTICULATE COLLECTOR FOR A LAUNDRY APPLIANCE
A laundry appliance includes a cabinet that has a user interface. A drum is disposed within the cabinet and includes baffles. A blower directs process air through an airflow path that includes the drum. A lint filter is disposed within the airflow path and between the drum and the blower. A foreign particulate collector is disposed within the drum and is configured to collect foreign particulates within the drum. A controller is operably coupled to a motor for rotating the drum and the blower. The user interface and the controller cooperate to operate the drum and the blower for capturing foreign particulates at least within the foreign particulate collector.
Door For A Washing Appliance
A door assembly for an appliance such as a washer, washer/dryer combo or the like has a door assembly to close off an opening into the housing unit. The door assembly includes an outer door and an inner door. The inner door seals the door assembly with a tub and drum assembly inside the housing unit. The inner door includes a mating contour associated with a corresponding contour of the tub and drum opening.
Laundry treating appliance with a filter
A laundry treating appliance comprising a tub with a tub access opening, a rotatable drum located within the tub and partially defining a treating chamber, a drying air duct having an inlet formed in the tub and defining a cross-sectional area of the inlet, and a filter overlying the inlet and having a surface area greater than the cross-sectional area of the drying air duct.

CLOTHES TREATING APPARATUS AND CONTROL METHOD THEREOF
The present disclosure relates to a clothes treating apparatus including a drum, a door to open and close the drum, an opening/closing switch to output a signal in response to opening or closing of the drum by the door, a motor to rotate the drum, a controller to generate a control command for controlling a rotational speed of the motor, a driving device including an inverter to convert power applied to the motor and an inverter driver to output a control signal of the inverter in response to the generated control command, and a protection switch connected between the opening/closing switch and the inverter driver to be turned on or off by the signal output by the opening/closing switch, wherein the inverter driver turns off the inverter when a voltage applied by the protection switch is less than or equal to a reference voltage.
Method And Apparatus For Transferring Process Air In A Combo Washer/Dryer Unit
A mechanism for transferring processed air in an appliance, such as a dryer or washer/dryer combination or the like, between a tub assembly and an exhaust housing has a flexible duct with an inlet end and an outlet end. The inlet end connects to the tub/drum assembly and the outlet end connects to the exhaust housing. A compressing and expanding member is positioned between the inlet end and the outlet end. The mechanism compressing and/or expanding with movement of the tub/drum assembly during washing and/or drying cycles. At least one of the inlet and outlet ends includes a retaining member to secure the duct with the tub/drum assembly or the exhaust housing.
