LAUNDRY PROCESSING APPARATUS
A laundry processing apparatus includes a wall defining a condensed water collecting space configured to collect condensed water. The wall has an opening hole that is open to communicate with an inside of a cabinet of the laundry processing apparatus and that is configured to open and close by an opening and closing unit. Therefore, when the laundry processing apparatus is not operated, the condensed water remaining in the condensed water collecting space is quickly removed by air inside the cabinet, and during drying operation or drainage operation, the opening hole is closed by the opening and closing unit, pressure leakage is prevented for a space where air flows or a space where the condensed water is pumped.
WASHING MACHINE AND CONTROL METHOD THEREOF
A washing machine includes: a case defining a receiving space and an open surface, a drawer provided in the case and configured to slide out through the open surface of the case, the drawer being configured to perform at least one of a washing operation, a rinsing operation, a spin-drying operation, or an air-drying operation for laundry, and a locking device configured to limit a sliding motion of the drawer relative to the case. The locking device includes: a holder provided on an inner wall surface of the case, a lever provided in the drawer and configured to be inserted into the holder, and an elastic member provided in a portion of the holder to which the lever is inserted and configured to come into contact with the lever in a space between the holder and the lever.
Vented cabinet closed loop airflow circuit dryer appliance
A dryer appliance and a method of operating the same are provided. In one aspect, the dryer appliance includes a drum rotatably mounted within a cabinet. The cabinet defines an interior volume and a vent. The dryer appliance includes a closed loop airflow circuit along which process air is moved. The drum defines a chamber positioned along the closed loop airflow circuit. A conditioning system of the dryer appliance is also positioned along the closed loop airflow circuit and is operable to heat the process air flowing along the circuit. The dryer appliance includes a vent fan operable to move cabinet air disposed within the interior volume and not within the airflow circuit through the vent of the cabinet. The cabinet air can be vented to an outdoor space or other suitable space.

Laundry treatment apparatus
A laundry treatment apparatus according to the present invention comprises: first and second washing units for performing washing, the first and second washing units each having a separate washing space; a first control unit which, when a command for dual washing is input through an input unit, controls the first washing unit such that the same performs washing according to a dual washing course in which the first washing unit and the second washing unit are set to perform washing at the same time, and outputs a dual control signal corresponding to the dual washing course; and a second control unit for controlling, in response to the output dual control signal, the second washing unit such that the same performs washing according to the dual washing course. The present invention efficiently performs washing by using both the first and second washing units at the same time according to the dual washing course.
Combination smart dose dispenser system for a laundry treatment appliance
A laundry treatment appliance includes a cabinet forming a receiving space therein, a tub provided within the receiving space, and a dispenser assembly provided within the receiving space, the dispenser assembly being in fluid communication with the tub. The dispenser assembly includes a dispenser body coupled to the cabinet and provided adjacent to the tub, a first drawer slidably inserted into the dispenser body along the transverse direction, and a second drawer slidably inserted into the dispenser body along the transverse direction, the second drawer being provided beneath the first drawer along the vertical direction.

DOOR ASSEMBLY FOR A LAUNDRY TREATING APPLIANCE
A door assembly for selectively opening and closing an access opening to a treating chamber of a laundry treating appliance includes an inner door wall and an outer door wall adjacent to the inner door wall, wherein the outer door wall and the inner door wall at least partially define an internal volume. The inner door wall includes a portion that is configured to extend at least partially into the treating chamber when the door is closed, and includes an air inlet and an air outlet. The door assembly is configured such that the internal volume is in fluid communication with an airflow inside the treating chamber when the door assembly is closed.
Laundry treatment apparatus and method of controlling the same
Disclosed is a laundry treatment apparatus, which directly heats a drum accommodating laundry and is enhanced in efficiency and safety. The laundry treatment apparatus includes a tub, a drum formed of a metal material and rotatably provided inside the tub to accommodate laundry, an induction module spaced apart from a circumferential surface of the drum to heat the circumferential surface of the drum via a magnetic field that is generated when current is applied to a coil, a lifter provided in the drum to move the laundry inside the drum when the drum rotates, a temperature sensor provided to sense a temperature of the drum, and a module controller configured to control an output of the induction module so as to control an amount of heat generated from the circumferential surface of the drum. The module controller controls the amount of heat based on the temperature sensed by the sensor.
Laundry treating apparatus having induction heater and control method thereof
An object treating apparatus includes a tub, a rotatable drum for receiving an object, an induction heater for heating an outer circumferential face of the drum, a motor for rotating the drum, an upper temperature sensor, a lower temperature sensor, and a processor. The upper temperature sensor detects a temperature of a space between the tub and the drum. The upper temperature sensor is disposed inside the tube at an upper portion of the tub. The lower temperature sensor detects a temperature around condensed water at a bottom of the tub. The lower temperature sensor is disposed inside the tub at a lower portion of the tub. The processor can determine a drying ending timing based on the temperatures detected by the upper and lower temperature sensors.
