IRONING BOARD COVER
An ironing board cover includes a padded textile base section configured to be placed on ironing board having multiple shapes in an entirely one-piece construction. The padded base section includes multiple layers of material, laminated together to form a smooth, heat-reflective ironing surface. The ironing board cover is machined in a substantially oval shape, with a taper at a point distal to a second end portion for fitting over a narrow end of an ironing board. A first end portion fits over a large end of an ironing board. The ironing board cover also includes an attenuated edge along a bottom segment, and an adjustable elastic bungee fastening mechanism forming at least part of the attenuated edge and stretching along an entirety of the bottom segment of the padded base section that allows the padded base section to be stretched.

Ironing Board intended for use with a steam-type ironing device
An ironing table intended for use with a steam-type ironing device includes at least one leg, in particular two legs (1, 2) articulated with respect to one another, supporting a board (4) covered with an outer cover (12), wherein: the board (4) is made of a wooden material; and an intermediate layer (15) of plastics material is arranged between the board (4) made of wooden material and the outer cover (12), the layer (15) of plastics material including, on the opposite side to the leg(s), a metallising layer (16), particularly an aluminium layer

Flexible material tightener
A cord with an outer fabric covering over a sheath and draw string is used to secure a flexible sheet to a solid object, such as a mattress, table, pool, or ironing board. In some embodiments, the cord is a string lacking a sheath and draw string. The cord has a series of clips attached there-to by a second cord or by direct attachment. The clips are in turn removably attachable to edges of a sheet. One then tightens the draw string, reducing the length of the cord, and continues to do so until the sheet is pulled to a bottom side of an object. In this manner, the sheet ends are beneath the mattress and tightened thereto by the cord. The cord further snaps to itself, in embodiments of the disclosed technology, to form a closed loop around the bed.

IRONING PAD AND RELATED METHOD OF IRONING
An ironing pad includes at least a top layer and a bottom layer. The top layer is constructed of fabric and has a first coefficient of friction. The bottom layer has at least a bottom surface with a second coefficient of friction. The bottom layer is constructed of silicone rubber. The silicone rubber covers an entirety of a bottom surface. The second coefficient of friction is greater than the first coefficient of friction. The bottom surface defines a uniform and substantially flat surface when the ironing pad is oriented in a planar configuration.

Pressing mat
A pressing mat for ironing elements of material that can be placed on a support surface for ironing that includes a backing board layer and a composite material layer superimposed adjacent one another and secured together near the peripheral edges of each layer. The composite material layer has a foam layer and a fabric layer and is positioned such that the fabric layer is adjacent to the backing board layer with the foam layer providing an exterior surface. Alternatively, the pressing mat may be comprised of two pressing board assemblies superimposed adjacent to one another and secured together such that the backing board layers are adjacent to each other and the foam layers provide the exterior surface. In this alternative embodiment, the entire exterior surface of the pressing mat consists of the foam layer. The pressing mat may be configured for folding.
